No. Definitly not. I personally couldn't care less what skeptical people say, cause you guys are just popping up here and making assumptions, while i've been following shadow till almost the beginning.
I also knew Rynomster from before the shadow project was launched, so i don't have the same relation to him as i'd have to an "adopted" dev...  I do trust his capacities to deliver, and i know he's working hard and he can make it.
It's just that, as members of the community, we are having a better position to judge.

As you said " I know it when I see it"  and I know Shadow is gonna deliver...

If you wanna get a train ticket or not, it's not my business, but it's already good if you keep an eye on it. If you like the technology once its out, you can also decide to purchase it only then.

Shadow has nothing to prove...look at the last four months. No project has innovated to the extent SDC has in such a short time. SDC is the opposite of vaporware, the devs refrain from promises and just deliver. The "roadmap" is not from the devs...the community put the roadmap together based on the estimations of the development progress.

Agree. I couldn't care less of hard deadlines, and everything that comes with the  altcoin quick money making business practiced by most of the others crypto currencies which aren't there to last, but to be profitable to dump on some suckers..

Shadow is a real project with passionated devs, who are buying themselves their own coins (no premine, no ipo). They are doing it to protect what they like, internet and freedom.

Yes the research was done months ago which took months in itself. The math has been finished and is being translated to code and thats is what is happening right now. Signing and verification is done... Whats left is to verify that all coin public keys exist, and some UI changes. Thats not to say another 100 things wont pop up and need refining! There is no hard date!! They're working as hard as they can on it. It excites them, they are extremely run off their feet but there will be a complete writeup on it all, one day soon. If all goes well! But please just remember it takes time, they're not robots! Please allow them time to show you all you need to know just allow the time. This project has already proven itself it does not ask for your trust it demands it but it does need your patience

You just are apart of it if you are fighting for anonymity as opposed to not trying to focus on it! 

As for the article being propaganda; i encourage you to take a look at the definition of the word itself. If you didn't like some of the references in it thats cool. It is a controversial one but however much it is; its still framing the facts. Truth hurts and its expected that not everyone is comfortable with the facts laid out.. I don't think the headline is misleading at all. Fact is, zero knowledge and Shadow eclipses any projects work to date!
Remove your emotion and stay focused on the fight here. Its anonymity, please focus your cannons elsewhere and contribute as opposed to pick at immaterial, emotional hooks built into an article..

As for zk being released in November, well no one really knows. There is a roadmap because the community wanted it (remember its only a guide!) but if the devs had their way there wouldn't be one to begin with. Because fools come and start picking at it and pressuring them (using it as a a base of argument) because the fools are betting so much on it arriving at a certain time..Which is stupid, this inst tried and true development cycles here. Its cutting edge and people forget that because they're not here for the tech they are here to bet on it..

Not my problem if they don't come in November, i'm not betting on it like fools seem to and i wont be hurt if it doesn't ever come at all!

I'm here for the tech what are you here for? Because if we don't get behind tech advancement like this and support it but instead bash its every move to exist like so many fools are with their impatience and lack of respect and understanding for this industry. We will hand more rubbish onto our kids and fuck up any kind of hope they have at gaining back and keeping some of the freedoms they have! You are either against that or for it. All because of some fools wanting to bet on its price and upset because its taking so long so proceed to waste perfect forum space, time and energy on stupid questions, stupid issues and pointless, baseless accusations!

4 months!! To do what this project has done. It, by far, eclipses any project in cryptocurrency world to date! You cannot deny it!

Do u know the answer to the "other question"? Im prepared to go on IRC to get an answer. But Im just curious if you know the answer yourself?

I think someone mentioned there that our devs already solved the maths few weeks ago... It's very close to be released.

2) the headline is misleading
3) it feels quite a lot like shadow propaganda (the whole Matrix thing + comic references + references to the Anonymous group)

personal feelings:

I encourage all anon development. It is incredibly hard (from what I gather). The chances of SDC rolling out a functional ZK wallet in November seem small. Comments?

Bobsurplus did his usual thing & left. It was expected of course. He's a bloody Zionist pig & I don't care what he does. He used our coin for a quick profit like he does repeatedly. It is a game to him. I don't play his game, so it means nothing to me.

I believe SDC backed out of Blocknet because they added a list of shitcoins to the mix. there nothing elite about being on the Blocknet. I'm personally still waiting for them to add panda to the mix.
