I have tried SwC and it worked pretty well. The game software works fine but it's not a polished product. The major problem with SwC is there are not enough players online with the site struggling to fill 2 Hold'em tables most of the time. If you find a table where players are abusing each other (not uncommon) it's impossible to move as all the other tables are empty. Player quality is about average for online poker, with most playing extremely tight.
Many think the real players are getting sucked dry from in house player accounts hence the reason people not coming back and bleeding out slowly. Of course we cannot prove such allegations but many similar stories coming forward after speaking with seasoned poker pros. Hard to tell especially if one don't spend the time to see what they was dealt by the chain and even then how do you differentiate a honest bluff with a "I know I got you beat with higher 6 kicker etc." I have to agree not looking good but another poker site is getting ready to make a huge splash soon enough which should at least make the field competitive which is clearly good for real bitcoin players.
Sometimes I see misinformation about SwC as posted above. IMO it's always best to relate SwC issues with relevant facts, links, and screenshots.
First off Cluster2k you are completely correct that our software works fine but is not a polished product. That is something our team is working extremely hard on as we speak - to polish our clients and improve our server-side software. Criticism well accepted on your first point.
your second point of "strugling to fill 2 hold'em tables" is not founded on facts. here is the current screenshot of games from 10/10/2013 at 11:30am Las Vegas time:
18 cash games running, 9 Hold'em tables running with 5+ players. Cluster2k - it is possible you checked in the middle of the night USA time, as ~4am-9am Vegas time has traditionally been our slowest times, but even then there are usuall 6 tables running. Pokerscout is a very easy measure of how many players to expect at what times:

aksplace, these comments seem to lack any backing whatsoever. I assume you have identified "house player accounts" to make such a statement, so I would encourage you to list them. If such egregious cheating were taking place on SwC I feel all players should know about the usernames as early as possible. Further more, you say you have spoke to "seasoned poker pros" and have "many similar stories coming forward" please show me any links to this information.
