Well the adjustment of payment that secondstrade is doing cause by the price increase of bitcoin. And seeing the rate of this campaign always changing basing on the price of bitcoin but most of the time rates are just going down. Maybe ST owner is basing his rates through dollar value of bitcoin.

Got 0.0161. My, the rates just keep going down. Can't really blame people for complaining. I wonder what's happening to the campaign... I know the pay would really be lower than most if you accept a lot of people but if it gets to the point that it's too low then people would just leave this campaign.

Instead of lowering the rates by half of the previous rate again, I think that if you want to continue on running your signature campign, you may want to consider quality over quantity. You could just decrease the number of your participants instead of decreasing your rates which btw is no longer attractive to people which may result for you loosing your advertisers sooner.
I'm sure there were many people suggest the same thing before but seems that secondstrade keep on their own way to run the campaign which is using quantity over quality. Probably they thinks that quantity over quality is more effective than quality over quantity. Lets just wait and see how many participants will stay and how many will leave because of the new rates.

Lowering rates again? This is not good news. Maybe you should realy consider quality over quantity.
