Admin is rarely "validating" users (in terms of accepting), he only rejected them. And if your name is not on the rejection list, it is safe to assume that you are in. But to ensure about it even more, you can always check the spreadsheet after the participants being "validated" and see if your name is on the spreadsheet.

I've done it for you, you're on #178, starting post is 49, joining since February 08.

And about no payment last week, if you scan this page carefully, you'll have the idea why there is no payment. Admin has a personal business last payday, so he will merge the payment to next monday.
