I have changed the site from dynamitebounty to fullservicecrypto.

This site will be pushed and advertised off of bitcointalk, but will offer services/support here as well.

The point of an investor is so that I wont be in debt. Any business can fail, and plus I would like the investor to come along and give opinions on the business if he/she has any.

If you can't sell your own belief in your own business to other people, how can you ever expect to have investor confidence?

You do not need money, to be honest, you need the right people that invest their time with you.
People with skills that can develop your website for a certain % of your business and this needs to be done through the proper LOCAL channels.
If you go under today how can an international investor EVER get hold of you to recover their money?

Although I'm broke now, I have invested in similar tech service based businesses before and people like me do not want to be involved in your business, we're passive investors, if you have enough meat in the game, we'll come, or at least the likes of us that still have some money now would come.

I have moved the price up again due to sales. If you are interested feel free to send me a PM. I am still looking for an investor and could possibly give a deal on the investment price if the user works with me on the business side.

Making sales in a small time frame does not constitute fairgrounds for raising equity value. If you are looking to sell your percentage then you must provide an average stable cost of entry for your would-be investors. You have to do this by taking business sales, turnover and cash burn rate into account.

If you are still insisting in getting investors, try to first build the brand otherwise it's like someone else said above me, any tech savy person with enough time and necessity can outsell your business.

Thanks for the comment. I am looking for a investor, however if that investor brings skills to the table then that is fine. I think my valuation is good, considering I am basing it on growth and not pure sales. I can't give a stable price for  business that is growing and continuing to gain clients. I don't agree that a tech savvy person would take my job, because they are not going to be doing the consulting, content creation, and social media management the way that I am. With my current clients, I have been putting up numbers which keep them coming back. I agree that the site doesnt look amazing, but clients are not actively using it, it is really only to show pricing etc. I would like to fix it though and that is a plan.

I wish some one with such amount of money that can risk it contact you.  People have lose heavly in icos and many are not ready to put in money in project like this again.  I will advise you to get a banking loan if you believe in the project.

I can borrow from the bank at less than 10%. If I believed in my project, then I would do that.

Coinbase is evaluated at billions and still has $20m funding rounds. I am investing a lot of my own money, and all of my time. So I just need a little extra help with the marketing which the $3k would do. I've evaluated my business at $30k, and am only willing to sell 10% max.

$3,000 is not much money. With those fees you should be able to  find that much out of income. If you can't do that, then it doesn't give the appearance of being a good investment.

And you're getting 10% for $3k. Not 25% or anything like that. 10% for $3k is a fair deal and doesn't constitute a bad investment.

I'm actually saying it's too cheap... But of course there are different models for content writing. The industry typically uses word count for writing so for a decent level word count cost of 0.20 that rate is equal to 100 words an hour, so okay that's actually fair. That does need to be specified. Marketing content probably easier or quicker to produce than more academic or even business writing but since this is bounty targeted then maybe you got it right after all.

A simple budget breakdown would at least tell potential investors what is needed. Alternatively, you recruit like minded freelancers willing to build a business together instead of investing money, then that budget also helps source potentials.

For an investment to look attractive in this industry, you would have to sell more than an idea. Sell the rollodex, as an American might put it.

I charge $.05 per word, and I write a lot more than 100 words an hour. Typically I can get 500 words so $25 per hour.

I am certainly open to having others come aboard, opening up to investors is just another avenue.

I already have customers and long-lasting clients, so the foundation of the business is there. With an investment of 3k max, you will surely make your money back based on the client list. The profitability though would take a while, but the hope is that with the $3k I can grow the business and then the turnaround time would be shorter.

It's probably not so much the price but the differentiating factors that you'll need to improve on. There are bigger players on the market able to offer the same, maybe even slightly less expensive.

1. Content writing does seem cheap for market rates and that sort of pricing might actually work against you. I know what good writing costs and that is not the price of good writing. A portfolio would help but a lot more content in the landing page would be writing that speaks for itself.

2. Moderation isn't also useful on its own. Is this 24 hour moderation? Specify turnaround time on support and/or other mod actions instead.

3. Social media management same as above. Specify what you do. Fresh daily posts? Cross posting of relevant and linked info? Will you also build subscriber base?

Other points to improve but there's your starting point.

Also... Not sure why you'd need an investment.

The investment will be needed in order to grow, to get more people on the team, advertising costs to get more clients etc

I understand your claim, however, I will try and clear it up a little bit.

My content marketing is $20-25 per hour which is a good price for where I am at right now. As I get more clients and as I get more work the price will certainly transition. Good writing right now for me is $20-25, I am not sure if you are saying that's too cheap or expensive.

Social media management is whatever the client needs it to be, depending on their budget they could get daily posts, blogs etc
