I'm at a loss as to why you need $1,000 from here - except that you don't have to pay it back if something goes wrong.
I would like to start with far more than that but obviously no one is going to loan me a massive amount without establishing trust in me first.
Also if you manage a portfolio yourself you understand diversification. It's never wise to put all your money into one investment, no matter how low the risk.
I'd like to point out what I said here:
The funds only remain in bitcoin for 10 minutes or less, so exposure to volatility is extremely limited
Other than that small amount of time the funds remain in fiat. Generally I can buy 4% under market, but this can vary slightly. If there's not a big enough spread I simply leave the funds in fiat and trade a couple minutes later. No sweat.
Personally I've been doing this with 3k. Let's say someone on here sends me 10k (I keep half the profit) versus me starting with 3k.
After 20 weeks that's a big difference.
