I think it is a good idea to keep current, because the price of BTC I am investing is showing signs of price increase in the market. Wait for it to rise so high that I can see that I will sell. I think so .

Now is not the best time to sell. I think the trend will change in half a year and we will see a "green" market.

Ofcourse that is to hold. It would be nonsense to sell cryptos which are having low market value since there are tendencies that fees on the exchanger would be bigger than the profit. As such, hplding and waiting until the market recover would be more likely resulting to huge profit once bull run occur.
Still market decrease, that's why i hold my altcoin. When Market would be increase after that i will sell my coin otherwise i will hold. I hope market will be recover in this year. So we should wait until for recover.
If you buy on the higher price, of course the answer will be HODL. If you don't really need the cash, just HOLD them. Selling the coins when the market is down and very very dropped will be only leading us to lose our money. if your aim in crypto is for losing or spending money, it is up to you to sell them. But, if you want to invest and make profits, be patient to decide the right time to sell the coins, but not now in the down market with the lower price.
For me right time do right now is hold. Bounty then hold or buy dip and hold we all know that right now market is in bear but we dont know anytime right now it might going to bullrun

you have 2 chance when market dump, first is when you feel the price will drop again sell it now and buying again when the coins drop, you can recieved more coins/ profit even the market drop, or you can hold it till market go green back again

I think it would be too inhumane to keep them. It's not what I wanted for me. I think that for me this is one of the fastest ways to earn money and I will use altcoin only for daily earnings
Holding is the better you gonna do right now instead of selling. Because everyonr for sure has no choice because we want to get back their capital so they will hold their cryptocoins that they bought when the price is very high which is last year 2017 or last few months ago.
My strategy in altcoin was I sell immediately when the altcoin has gained over 30% in the last 24 hours and after it drops again, I buy some few and repeat again, only for the altcoin I chose.

There are different coins. It is better to sell 50% of coins for Eth. To leave 50% for long-term storage. It is the good choice.
I think the best solution is to sell coins and invest money in trading in order to start to understand this and start earning, and hope that you will earn money by investing for a long time senselessly 
Definitely the right decision can not be. For example, I traded in one coin almost every day, then I missed one day and the coin fell heavily in value. Now I do not want to sell it and lose money, and I have to keep it for a long time.

Selling will just be a waste of time at this moment because most of the tokens are having almost no value at all and there are instances that the fee will be bigger than the profit from selling so obviously, selling is not a good thing to do at times like this. Wait for recovery to happen because it will be a more necessary thing to do in order to earn bigger profit and also to not be disappointed from your investment especially if you are an ICO investor. 
I keep altcoins even in a falling market, because I prefer long-term investments and learn to predict market development. However, it is better to make decisions on each coin separately. But I don't know how market will behave he next year.
