One thing I've learnt in crop cypto is that the amount of coin one is having, will always remain the same, what changes is just the value of the coin.
Now, if you're here as a newbie, it's understandable if you want to sell off and cut loss, but an experienced hand will rather buy into the dip and to cut loss as and ensure good standing when the bull run comes.
So I'd advise you to buy into the dip except if there's a place you have some valuable signal, then you can sell off and buy.

In this situation, i think it is better holding your coins rather than sell it because the price of most altcoins still in the red zone and decrease. Selling coins just help the price of coins more goes down and become worthless.
