can you show me  traffic stats ?  unique visitors, page views etc..

A couple of days ago I put a load balancer in front of the site to help filter out some of the DDoS crap.  As a result the IP logging shows the same address for every visitor - that of the load balancer.  I'll fix that, but until then I don't have any idea of the unique IP addresses per day figure for the last few days.

Page views doesn't mean much at Just-Dice - it's a single page with tabs.  But here are the numbers of different IPs hitting the site per day:

No.  I just help Doog with this auction since he does not attend to it on a timely basis otherwise.  The contact info and BTC address are the same one he always uses for the prior auction wins - can verify easily by scrolling back in the thread.

Ah, cool was just wondering lolz, have never seen a "deb" around here o.O
She does post on the name petre**** something

"petrescuerz".  As in "pet rescuers".  Everyone reads it as some foreign sounding 'Petre Scuerz' name.

OT but there are a couple of other implementations of this, and even a server-side script thing. I found it some time ago while researching count-down timers for web pages. Some bitcoin sites also have this, like that mark 6 one (hong kong gambling thing).

But that onit version is the one most widely adopted here in these forums I think. It's also the one I use for my lotto.

Animated GIF is also not the best format to store hours upon hours of animation in, so it's not surprising that the timer doesn't run very far down.

It does have a limitation of about 60 seconds. Watch it for a full minute and you will see it loop back.

I watched it for a minute and the 'days' number jumped from 04 to 06 and back again, then the picture got all corrupted and line-y.

Guess it's not so cool after all.  Smiley

That's kind of clever.  When you view this post, onnit.com generates an animated gif image showing the countdown from the time you visited.  So the forum doesn't have to allow scripting - it's just a dynamically created animated gif.  I always wondered how these things worked.
