If you mean http://betcoin.tm/ then that is clearly a competing dice site. It looks like a word-for-word clone of SatoshiDice.
mechs, would bitino.com be a competitor? They have a dice game here http://bitino.com/over-under/ which looks different.
Looking at it, my guess is yes even though it structured differently than some J-D and J-D like dice games. Ultimately, the decision would be up to Dooglus of course.
