In my opinion, it all depends on personal needs, if we need money, then we sell some Ethereum coins, but it also depends on the advantages and disadvantages we get. if it does get a profit then we sell.

The scenario you are painting is obviously the logical thing to do. When a quality coin is selling at bargain like it has been selling in the past few months, the best thing to do is to plow your profit into ethereum including selling other non performing coin to buy more ether!
