OP is just another one of those trolls who like warning people of the inedible crash of Bitcoin. This is not going to happen in the long run. Bitcoin is here to stay and while the price fluctuates, these trolls say that the currency is going to crash. If that were the case then who has Bitcoin been going up over the last few month

I believe that people usually sell their bitcoins when they need money and have hard circumstances so they need to pay online or offline some bills. Otherwise holding the coins nowadays is the best suggestion, in my opinion

Its not good to sell everything. The value is now very low so it wont be good. You can make later more money if the price has rise in the future.
But you dont know when it will happen and when it will start and that is the problem. I hope that it will happen soon.

I think that selling with low price is not profitable and waiting till reaching a good level of Bitcoin's price is the better choice right now.

Some people simply don't have any patience as they are chasing quick profits. Also, what for you is a good price level can still be low for the other. Just out of curiosity, what do you consider to be a "good" price level?

Yeah sell high buy low. For now it would be an intelligent decision to just buy more. The potential of bitcoin coming back to a great price may be near. It have a higher percentage to go there.

Yeah, and it would be good if we can buy some bitcoins at a moment, as the price is not too high, and selling at a moment would not be profitable, so its good that if we hold our bitcoin for next couple of months and sell at the time of halving to earn good profits.

I think the point of the original post was that the economies around the word are slowing down and to sell but not necessarily sell bitcoin.  At least I take it that way.  To me, if the dollar gets weaker and stocks drop in value, then maybe it's a good time to invest in crypto currencies instead.

Yeah, investing in crypto seems to be good at a moment, as we can expect much higher price in the future, and if they are saying to sell all bitcoins, then not the right time to do it, we need to wait for next couple of months.

nothing is guaranteed, bitcoin doesn't guarantee you success in long run, as we don't know where bitcoin will land in future, but if you hold bitcoin at a moment then just hold it for next couple of months.
Nothing is guaranteed except for death and taxes. Cheesy

I would say that it is a fairly good decision to hold your Bitcoin for a little while, a fairly large number of people are intent on seeing Bitcoin (and their personal investments) succeed.

The good thing is that it all comes down to personal preference and choice, so it is entirely up to you to decide what you intend to do.
It's still fairly cheap to invest in Bitcoin, especially if you're from any western country. Invest, say, 5000 dollars/euro and you might end up doubling or trippling that over a one or two year period from now.
The chances of losing it all over that period are also pretty small.
Its not good now to sell everything. There is no reason to do that and that is the problem. Many people have no patience and that is very bad.
I hope later in the future that more people will wait for a good price to sell it. Maybe the price will rise in the future for a long time.

Correct bro, it is you that have to make an decision either to hold or to sell at a moment, but it would be much wiser if we hold for some more time as we have high expectations  from halving.

Don't sell everything, instead save everything. The price is going to rise a lot after halving and then you can sell.

I partially agree with you, as the bitcoin price is not high at a moment, so selling right now is not good decision, I think we should hold our bitcoins for future and sell when the price is higher.

How do you know that?
Who said the price is going to rise a lot?
It only rises if the market demands are higher, willing to pay more.
BTC is not life essential, there will be a limit, what buyers will accept to pay.
Just the halving does not resolve this issue.
The market will have less new BTC available per day.
But there is not a shotage at the moment either.
This wont change unless business is using BTC for small amounts widely.
This will cause an increased BTC flow, and therefore a higher demand of BTC is necessary.

Selling everything could be good but not as this time if I'm honest due to the fact the halving is coming this year, only if you really need money than you should some bitcoins.

Never sell all your bitcoins that you have because at the end you will regret it for sure because the bitcoin has very good future.

Yeah if you need money as of any emergencies then you should sell a part of bitcoins and rest keep it safe at least for next few months, and you can sell it after the halving.

If you have no other resources in an emergency, then it is OK to sell the bitcoin. Otherwise, just keep the bitcoin.

That's just common sense. Of course you're going to spend it if there is an emergency.

Now rather than emergency, panic users who feel the current drop in 20+ dollar fall can go and sell everything. Such selling will increase circulation which will take bitcoin to the increasing path.
