The thing is to use paypal, i should have a local credit card to withdraw my funds on it. My one is already cancelled and I won't create another one as I will stop this thread on 30-Aug.

Yes you can use it with your Paypal account with custom name and address (full info even with postal code if you want.)
Do I need to send that info when ordering or can I add that after you send the card?
Can I put a US address and US zip code on the vcc?
Ofcourse it's needed before creating the card as in real life.
