maybe I need to start a post and sell my method..... It is easy to get US vcc's and vba's and they can be MasterCard, Visa or American Express. VBA's can be obtained through a lot of different banks; IF YOU ARE A US CITIZEN. If not, then you just need to buy them from US Citizens who are selling them.
These can even be reusable and have the ability to withdraw from. It all depends on what the seller offers and how much work they want to do.
With Paypal, the biggest issue is the AVS match. So, you need to find a seller who can customize a VCC for you.... not hard to do really. They authorize $1.95 for verifications.

This is the cheapest paypal verification vcc but should you get me USA verification vcc, like how much will you charge for that.
Unfortunately US paypal doesn't accept virtual credit cards (as far as I know). And for any credit card to verify paypal it should have at lease 3$ and that's what it comes with.Can use for shopping within USA?

Yes US PayPal does take VCC for verification.I'm not sure of that.

And for any credit card to verify paypal it should have at lease 3$ and that's what it comes with.Yes US PayPal does take VCC for verification. I have used only VCC's to verify my business account. Also can use VBA's for US Paypal as the bank account too. If you have customers that need USA vcc's or vba's for Paypal or anything else, let me know as I sell these in the usa. We can work some deal out. Mine work the same as yours it seems, reloadable through me and the vbas can be withdrawn too....
