Sorry I made a mistake, what I meant to say was that if you deal with cash traders on localbitcoins (as in, meet in public places for face to face direct exchange), as a seller, you can find buyers willing to pay around 10% MORE than what you will get in the market if you sell directly online. This is pure cash and because of the risk to the seller. So if market is 10000, you can sell for 11,000 no commission. This is my point.

Sure, and when we are selling we charge not 10% but only 5%
In regard of buy proposition - it's an open market, if you find something to work for you better, then you just go and work that way.

5% is too much, even if you use the highest rates. I can even convert to EThereum or Litecoin and sell it for a very good price at a direct exchange, in total sometimes very close to 0.5% commission off the Bittrex rates. I'm not selling for cash, if you'd like to pay in Bitcoin, I will sell you all of my alt coins for 0.5BTC I have a few million, few hundred thousands of each coin.
Maybe I just use Cryptopia to sell them? lol I have 20.8M "activity tokens, you could find them in Waves DEX. though I just have a sell order for less than 5000, my fair share of the distribution.
