i will buy coins from you, and then I will open a paypal claim saying that I have not received anything. You wont be able to provide a tracking number and I will get my money back and I will keep the coins.
Okay, then you will send a paper wallet with tracking number, I will receive it but then I will open a claim saying that the item is not as described. Paypal will tell me to return the item back, I will insert a postcard/myself printed wallet/anything else, I will provide a tracking number also. And you will lose your coins and your money again

If you can send a paper wallet with the post with tracking number it is fine.
But selling things you transfer from computer to computer and Paypall are not a good combination.
