No most of the discounts apply to worldwide. Amazon prime thing doesn't work in Uk, though.

the accounts are activated manually, so it could be weeks before the account is actually approved for posting, but if you get the confirmation email it should be good enough

My edu email accounts should work on the website. I did a google search and all they need are genuine edu accounts. And I provide genuine accounts only. I can even use your full-name in creating the account. Look at my fiverr gig for more info.
