I do not think the guy has any intention of his herbs to be tested. Possibly there are no herbs at all. Once you will pay then it's just gone. And he is not going to send anything to anyone to test it.

Ah of course I won't consume it ,  but I have a chance to send it somewhere to have it tested  ( I'm not talking about in detail lab tests etc ) , some general stuff that  but would be enough to show if there's anything special to his herbs ,   cause right now I'm pretty sure his herb container is either filled with air or field grass .
