I went deep into the rabbit hole on this one and it turns out this guy has been running scams on the forum since 2014.

These 4 accounts are responsible for hatching several scams over the years:

hugabase
jcksteve
jokowi
rudolfaxl

They tend to all comment under threads started by themself, including:

Their connection was first pointed out by kingcolex in a trust reference from Jan 2017:

I have done my part. Supported the flag for both these hero accounts and left them neg. These seems some accounts who were bought I guess at least from the waking up message in their trust page can give a clue about it.
