I intend to make my smerit giveaways for good users with good posts. I don't care that the applied posts are already merited by the others or not. The same goes for how much merits they have earned before making their applications here.

I am sure if you pay attention to the rules then only 1 of your posts are included in the OP requirements and that post is made on a beginners and helps.
Sorry OP, I just want to know if all participants are allowed to report post links that have previously received merit from other users to apply ? or you just want to distribute merit on posts that have not been touched.

Op merited a participants that the post is already merit but as of now I am not sure if will reward posts that received merits already. Let's wait for op to clarify this matter. Also, there is not a single rule there that merited posts are not allowed to do here. I think it's because I lack 20% of merit before achieving next rank. This will be the second post i'm going to where my first one got rejected and even though it's rejected doesn't mean we can't post good quality posts or threads.
