It is not a serious fault for user who/whom/whose/which/that don't use English as a first language. For a long time, since the day I left school, I have not yet check basic English grammar. Thank you for the warning.

Minor faults do not change average post quality or seriously change a good post to a shit one. You can write a perfect sentence, in vocabulary and grammar, but it neither does make your post looks helpful nor creative.
Moreover, the length of your post and the quality of your English are only minor factors. In trying to write a quality post worthy of merit, you should offer new ideas, personal experiences, or perspectives that other forum users will actually find new and interesting.
I search and think that this one is great to start to learn how to use who/whom correctly: https://www.grammarly.com/blog/who-vs-whom-its-not-as-complicated-as-you-might-think/

Among your applied posts, I only like that one

It's a bit off topic but I just check around your post history and find that you're usually mistaken between "who" and "whom". It's not a very common mistake though.

Especially, I much appreciated @LoyceV, and @TMAN, whom gave me big rewards, and sure those merits from TMAN and others serve as strong evidence of recognition and appreciation from community on my works.

I agreed with @iasenko that merit system has been repeatedly demonstrated its positive effects in forum, by good users whom never stop ranking up along with the system.

Hmm okay, how much would you rate my posts on scale of 10? Also any tips on how can I improve?
Why you should not check your post history, only first page?
How many posts in first page are one-line posts?
How about their post quality in your self-assessment?

Then, checking post history of winners in my contest. I think you will find out answer yourself.

There is a truth that post length is not a guarentee for post quality, but if someone mainly makes one-line posts, it is a good indicator for not good post quality.

I would rather make short on the point posts than the three line post which says the same thing.

Rejected. The applied post and your post history do not satisfy my criteria for the contest. Sorry, please try your luck next time.

- Exclusive boards: Please don't apply posts made in those boards: Bitcoin/ Altcoin/ Gambling Discussion
Cleaning up the house in Bitcoin/ Altcoin/ Gambling Discussion boards

I'm ok with your giveaway but the quoted part above is were I'm not ok with. Although it's your smerits and I don't have rights to dictate how you spend them still excluding those boards above isn't helping the spam problem. There are quality contributors on those board, i can testify that since I'm a regular visitor excluding bitcoin discussion board.

Those boards aren't recieving enough audience from meriters and when giveaways like this pop up it would had been nice to highlight the quality posts on those boards especially Altcoin discussion. The boards you're thinking of meriting post from already have a fair chance of recieving merit, giveways should give users a chance who on a regular day, have zero chances of getting merit even though their post are high quality and the excluded boards are where such chances can be found in their numbers.

Anyways, your thread have been added - List of Active Merit Giveaways threads.

Completely agree.

If I got any smerit, I would start same type of giveaway only difference would be that, I'll allow only those 'excluded' boards.

Those boards also contain gems.

Edit: I'll try my luck on good old post.

Can I try?
Sure, everyone can try, but you did not read rules. I quoted two rules relate to your case:
Criteria:
- Applied posts must be made before 22th July 2019.
- You should be a English poster to join the contest (because I don't know your local languages).
You are likely a good poster, and made decent efforts for each of your posts. I appreciated it, and will take a look at your case next month. Thanks for joining here.

Can I try?

I'm still analyzing the current situation of this forum since I'm new to here and I've experienced because I'm a past moderator of an educational site.
i also noticed that you have high standards on choosing where to merits but still im trying and hoping to have considerations to every newbie since it's a merit giveaway.

I think that poster should give usernames of two accounts scammed him/her. Then people can learn better from it, how scammers do their works with nearly same usernames of two accounts. I will send 1 merit if that post edited. Not sure he or she will do it. Anyway, thank you for pinpointing that post.
