man what a mistake i would advice to keep contacting their support or their customer service i think they have an Email message service good luck recovering your coins. here is their link https://www.yobit.net/en/contacts/
Thought as much, tried contacting YoBit support and it's been nearly 3 weeks now and not reply 
The only one who can help you is their support. Be patient and give them few days. I'm sure they have lot of tickets to solve.
Or maybe you can start shouting about that in their chat hoping some mod will take care of you ( but I would prefer the first option

The best thing you can do is cry......If it is a large amount, you can contact Yobit..... but i don't think you will get any luck....
I have accidentally sent ETH from my wallet to an ETC wallet address on YoBit, is there any way I can recover this?
Been trying to get hold of someone at YoBit for assistance but not had any luck
I'm guessing they are the only ones that can send these coins back to me as I don't have access to the private keys on the address??
