I am not sure but mostly they do not accept etf so easily. It is a not a great idea to send it again. One of friend has sent etf the denied already so I think they will do the same with you.

Do not set your hope too high for ETF and SEC. From what i read some way it will take SEC 250 days for them to finally admit any under-listed stock in their basket and this is a policy supported by the law. So in essence what i am saying is that they will be another postponement the earlier we can expect  ETC to be through with SEC  is around February  2019.

Bitcoin ETF will not be approved but instead it will always be reviewed by SEC because it is their strategy to manipulate the market.

The SEC is not really considering any new applications, because they already came up with a good excuse to deny all applications. They do not want anyone to manipulate the Bitcoin price and this is what they are using as an excuse to deny all applications. So, until VanEck-SolidX or anyone else figure out how to prevent or to stop price manipulation, we will see the same excuse being used.

The only method to do this is to only use US exchanges to determine the price of the ETFs and no global exchanges.  Undecided

ETH will not be approved this time either, there seems to be a low chance of it. At the same time we need to stop giving it the attention. The market went fine without it, and it will run fine without it now too.

I don't think ETF will get approved by SEC they were just playing with the bitcoin prices and in the end they will look to dump the prices again so we don't have to care but about ETF's approval this can help us to stay away from their trap.
Well, seeing the SEC's many rejections on this matter, I think many people think negatively. but we will not know the results. isn't this the same as the meeting of several countries yesterday? many thought that the results were negative, but, it turned out to be positive.

Pinning all hopes on the SEC is a wasted effort because they did not approve it in the past and there seems to be no difference to it now too.

Bitcoin seems to be rallying this month due to the high hopes associated with the SEC possibly agreeing with the pending ETFs.

I think I should be quite positive about VanEck-SolidX this time.

Do we send postcards to the SEC this month? Will it make any difference?

Recently I saw the update from leading crypto trader from YouTube and in that channel he rightly mentioned the bull run for bitcoin will start from mid October based time bound analysis. I think the bull run will start once VenEck ETF approves.

The chances of ETF getting approved looks slim. At the same time it will be better if we are not too hung up on this entire ETF situation linkage to BTC. Because bitcoin was running smoothly in the market all these years without ETF. So there seems to make no difference if ETF gets approved or not. We need to stop giving this matter unnecessary attention.

Yes, this will not have a big effect on bitcoin.
Now the bitcoin market has become stronger and has a lot of trust from the people.
But I also hope positive, so that the SEC can approve the ETF.

I don't know, I think it's hopeless. They haven't taken etf before, so why should they change their mind now?
