I would be extremely bad luck for both blades to do that. Sounds more like your power supplies need some load on the other rail. try plugging in a hard drive or something.
My Antminer shuts down after like 20 seconds.
I have tried everything I can think of.
Tried all wires I can think of to connect the green and black wires.
Tried paper clip and whatnot.
Tried running only 1 blade.
Tried cutting the green&black wires and connecting that way.
Tried several PSUs from 650 to 1250W

worst case scenario. try a hard reset.
f your PSU and antminer turn on fine, then the PS-ON jumper isnt the issue (assuming it isnt randomly wiggling loose, but then it would cycle on and off a LOT!
sounds like the issue is your antminer if multiple PSUs cause the issue, but im not sure why. try switching the control board to the secondary hashing board and run only that side of the unit.
also, take a multimeter and measure the voltage at the screw terminals. if its outside of 11.8-12.3V you could be having issues

Buy a PSU tester and plug it into the motherboard cable with 24 pin and your problem is solved OR read a tutorial how to jumpstart a PSU the right way.

I have ordered 3 S1. Is it better to have 3 single psu for all S1 or 1 psu for each S1 ?
Could you tell me good and not expansive psu ?

To run 3 S1 from one PSU you are going to need a 1300-1500W PSU. None of which are cheap, especially because three antminers really will use that wattage, so if you buy a cheap PSU that isn't really rated at the correct wattage you are going to get a very expensive lesson.
But the cheapest,best, PSU you can get at 1300W range is the EVGA G2 1300W
Probably cheaper to get 3 decent 600W PSU's
right
I find the Antec Neo Eco 520C does a good job if you want to overclock.
PSU efficiency maxes out at 50%.
If you are trying to run 4 antminers on one 15A breaker I would suggest each miner have its own 800W Titanium PSU.

I tried to do a little solo mining some alt coins but I keep getting rejects. Is there anyway to monitor cgminer or a logfile so I can tell what happened exactly?
I've selfmined using a bfl single connected to the same pc that the alt coin client is setup on, so I know it works. I have found blocks using the bfl single. To use the antminer, all I changed was the rpcallowip to allow the antminer to connect. I can see it connects on the miner status page and it shows it is working. But every single time it finds a block it's rejected. Any ideas on what I could be doing wrong? or what's happening?

I have the same problem, BFL miner working well, but AntMiner S1 rejects all found blocks on solomining. Any idea??
Nope, haven't figured it out yet. We aren't the only ones with this problem and no one seems to be able to help us, or we aren't directing our questions to the right person. I think we can't solo mine because the miner is too fast for the getwork protocol. I think we need to setup a stratum proxy for it to work. I briefly read about stratum here

and one line that talks about ntime rolling says 'a block created from massively modified ntime can be rejected by Bitcoin network'. I think that is what's happening but really have no clue.

Interesting, thanks for letting me know. It's the only thing I can find "out-of-place" on that unit compared to my other one that hashes fine at 400Mhz. I got confirmation from "ineedit" that all of his machines have 64Mb and he has one from almost every batch, so I guessed that was causing the problem.
I guess I could answer my own question by swapping the controller boards and see how the machines do, but any downtime means no mining
