Never, ever, give some random stranger access to your (master)node.
They don’t require access to your masternode, coins, or server. It’s all 100% done by the customer themself as the experts guide you through the process of setting one up.
Adam is correct. We do not need any access. We decided on this direction to keep the customer at ease, and eliminate any risks on our services.
Turing, In general terms- we agree with you on this. We advise the entire community to NEVER allow anyone access to your masternode wallet and/or server.

The reason for it?
there is risk if someone has access to the server to withdraw the coins.
How much do you charge in guiding (almost 1hour session) client? We know that you promote your VPS services. IS there any coin limited for your guidance like I can choose any coin that I want to?
The 1 hour session is traditionally $50 for the educational step by step service.
We do not have to provide the VPS Hosting. This is optional. The $50 plan does not include VPS hosting because we do not go into the VPS, and we only guide you through the setup process
