How goes it with the RMAs? Anything ready to start mining?  Are we days away? weeks? months?

Info: I have a 6 month lease and I'm a shareholder. Leased Rig was due to be online November 2nd (1st?). I have received zero return on the leased rig.

The biggest problem that we have is that alot of the hardware needs to be rma'd to bring it back to running state. There are cost also involved with that and I will have to pocket that expense.  One way I am trying to expedite this process is by selling some various non mining pcs as well as restarted up my computer service and sales again.
I have alot of empty pcie realeastate right now as I work with the cards. as far as getting you online and place in cue. Im going to try to bring everyone back online slowly in stages and not really contract by contract if at all possible. This would also be most effective as the cards once sent out, will come back at random intervals.

The other huge obsticle is that I had purchased many 5770s from (searches memory) crazyblane I think? Now its not his fault, but all of thoese cards have faild running stock with massive 130cfm fans in the rack enclosure. All thoese cards are XFX and they are working with me to rma the cards, but once again, not entirely free and I am still waiting on the holiday weekend to follow up with them.

where is he gona get 2500 btc from ?

Shades Minoco is growing too fast !

Yes that is the case, I am in talks with Payb.tc about it. The issues is not the size of the contract, is a matter or the hardware assinged was delivered unoperable and we are still dealing with that right now. Also, 1/4th the contract was to be handled by mrbashfu when he was joining us. However, he only turned on 2/3rd of the hardware he was trusted with and now cannot be found. Right after I had to repeatidly contact him via skype and phone as to where the other hashes were, they stoped and he told Deslok and I that he had a fire? The reason I ask that as a question was that I asked to see the damage and that he could not, then the hardware was ok and it was just smoke from something, and that he would have it online in 48 hours. He never was heard from after that.
Also, ProjectTeraformAlpha (Nick somenameinmyemail) had been selling rigs on here and localy in LA. Delsok and I purchased 1, then 3, and then when all was going well, 8 more. When the other 8 was to come, we had started to find some hidden damage on the psus and one of the boards, so nick offered to drop offer everything, rma the equipment that was faulty and get it back to us in 2 days time. When I started putting all togethe, we were short several psus, severly under wattage on the others, missing and damged 5830s, and Ill have to ask Deslok, but there was something else. OH YEAH! there was no way these things ran at the speeds he had said. the one that was sent to deslok still cantrun 1 gpu and had problems from the get go.

Our growth was healthy, especially because we were not taking new contracts at that time until the current round has come to compleation.

i'm not saying things aren't tough, but despite all those challenges i can't help but think if i'd been sent just 1 bitcoin a day (which for most of the time was only worth $2-3), i'd be at least 90 btc better off right now. the key to paying off (non-interest-bearing) debt is definitely to not be overwhelmed by the total amount and just at least pay in small spare-change increments whenever they come available. i'd much rather see you chip away at it 0.01 btc at a time than see absolutely no changes... that goes for your other creditors too.

incoming transactions no matter how small, speak louder than words!

anyway, keep at it... as i told you on skype, i see you're the kind of guy that just doesn't give up, so i'm sure you'll be on top of things one day.

One more thing while I am here before I get back to work on a clients computer. If anyone has any info on the following user, mrbashfu, or Jonathan Nygun? (not so sure on the last name) please contact me. Jonathan has run with both our hardware, and payment for services that he did not provide. I know he lives in Riverside or Redlands, California, claimed to have been a student, and sold some vouchers to some of you. Would love to get my hands on him.

How did the weekend go? Up and running?

From a quick glance over this thread, looks like you have 5-7 contracts that need to be started/finished. I'm concerned that as your rigs come online 'slowly', I may still have a long wait in the cue. Can you address this?

Engh, the report is as good as it could be, but its never the end of the world..

We have power here. And slowly the logistics issues are beign handled and corrected and the 4u racks are slowly coming back in. I am firing them up kinda slowly as I found the 5830s (sapphires only) fans almost all are seized up and I have had to lube them with li grease. Ontop of that, most of the 5770s have to go in for RMA as they are almost all but the exception of 3, running with slow fans or high temps while idleing.
Things are coming back together but slowly. Im trying to see about getting some of the guys here this weekend to help me out with the physical work.

I'm in the same situation as you. It is difficult to raise a response from Shakaru; he would not respond to my emails for nearly a month, only after I contacted him via a PM on this forum did I get one. Even then it's just excuses, revolving around how exchanges have locked up his funds or how his facilities are about to go online. I am starting to not care if it's the truth or not; moreover whether he is capable of running this organization.
I bought my contract in late August last year and my 'rig' has still not been activated. We did come to an agreement that a counter would go up on the 25th of September, which it did. But, I have only received 35 bitcoins over the course of this. Now I am owed around 150 bitcoins. With this number only increasing, I see a dwindling chance of getting my money back. I'm now going to force this issue and stop playing Mr. Patient. It is time to pay up!

The reason I bought a contract is so that I did not have to deal with the headaches of mining..... I am wholly disappointed in this company. More to come.

Similar experience.
Bought a contract at more or less the same time (August 28th) but lost patience after 6 weeks of waiting and decided to end it.
Got most of the money back in October but have since been waiting for the missing $200........................

@shakaru

Can you at least get to spell my forum nickname correctly?

Got an update?

It would be great if you could just post a weekly update in here. Communication is key.

Hoping you got a good report on the 11th...

2012 Update

SDM #1 has power.....sorta
240v upgrade has been installed with the new power box installed. The existing 110v line that is coming into the building is still providing power until So-Cal Edison comes out to replace the line and connect the meter. This should be this week after the holiday. After that, the relaunch of GPU hardware will start off in stages to prevent damage to the system from extreams in operating enviroment due to a sudden launch of the hardware.

The 5970 upgrade is going very well along with the new gpus that I have been adding to the system.

The current plans for SDM is to be 60% FPGA tech by July. With ButterflyLabs Bitforce units and RigBox looking to be the real deal, calculations and discusions are started up and if all goes well, SDM will have a 50ghs FPGA box by then middle of the year.

There is alot more I wish to share, but I do not want to do so until there are certain factors that have been worked out. One thing for sure is that 2012 will be the year of the Bitcoin, or atleast I wil do what I can to help the network gain acceptance and use. If that means that I provide help, services and anything else i can to the community to help that happen, I will be glad to do what ever I can.
