Hi, how long do deposit addresses remain valid? For instance, if I wanted to convert an altcoin to BTC and entered my BTC address, the site would then give me an altcoin address to deposit coins into. How long would this altcoin address remain valid?

Confirmed - Monero -> BTC is working from few hours. Always refresh with CTRL+F5 if you want to make sure.

If there is something objective, could you please post it Thanks..There is no "official criteria." We basically watch to see what's popular, if a coin is hitting a reasonable daily exchange volume, and has a reasonable market cap, we'll consider adding it. At minimum we need to be seeing at least $2500 in daily exchange volume, but again this doesn't guarantee support.

Hate to ask this, but have you cleared your cache? It's working on our computers after clearing.
Can you provide a screenshot of what it's supposed to look like? I cleared my cache (in Chrome), got the same result. I also tried it in Firefox, which I've never used for this purpose, and still got the same result.

Hi, again! We have fixed this issue with the Monero on Purse.io. Please let us know if you still have issues!
It doesn't seem to be fixed. It's still not displaying a Monero address. Furthermore, it's saying that it will be sent to "undefined" and then the Monero Payment ID, which also doesn't make sense. It should show the final Bitcoin destination there, like the Destination at the bottom.
It should be displaying the Monero address, the Monero Payment ID, and then "sent to" the Bitcoin destination.

I'm testing purchasing something on Purse.io with Monero, using the "Pay with Altcoins" Shapeshift Shifty API option. After clicking Pay with Altcoins, choosing Monero, and submitting, it is *not* generating a compliant Monero address to send to.

Over in the Monero thread, they are saying that that is probably the payment ID. If that's the case, then where is the payment address, and why is the payment ID being treated as if it's the payment address?

It IS the payment ID they are showing you. Not the address. (note the ID is 64 characters and no capital letters.)
A raw Monero address on the other hand is 95 characters long and starts with the number 4. (and contains plenty of capitalised letters).
