Don't have idea about this coin so far but saw the chart it looks so interesting. I think many liked it because of its consistency in rising and still does so good idea that you have kept some of it.
Really looking forward to Shift growth in 2018. Exciting times ahead.

I think that incredible things are coming in Q1 2018. My original predictions earlier in this thread have continued to be surpassed as I've been tracking this project for the past 3+ months. With the uptrend continuing to accelerate over every time frame (1wk/1mo/3mo/1yr), I have said elsewhere that I now think it's possible to see $30-50 within the next six weeks. First working prototype in this niche ahead of Storj, Filecoin, Substratum, and all the other higher cap coins in the same niche is a big deal and Shift's marketing has barely even begun. Shift actually is a broader project than the others because it's an entire dApp platform combined all in one with the Phantom decentralized web hosting tech. Even $100+ is possible in the next several months IMO.
I'm not going to sell and will keep watching to see how far this goes in the coming months especially. Based on how 2017 is finishing, it looks like we're gearing up for a hell of a ride soon.

No, they said till end of the year, not 2 January.So,we can assume it will be on 31st December, but as that is a holiday day (New Year's Eve and sunday) maybe it will be on 30st December.

After the new website it must hit $10. Next year, when they will launch mainnet and introduce sidechains earlier than Lisk; I expect a minimum of $30.

Shift is a great project. Long time under the radar but working on their project and making progress. Expect around 10 dollars in Q1 2018 and let it stable there for a while

Yeah, some whale has bought a huge bag of Shift on Bittrex by market price, that's why it rose to $8.The whale probably didn't had patience to accumulate more Shift slowly.

shift seems to be pushing $10 this way. people praise the shift too much, and in 2018 the shift will probably rise to around $ 25
Decentralized websites will be one of the big things of 2018, and Shift is the front runner, publicly displaying their expertise by hosting their own websites on it.
On top of that, their main concurrent, Substratum, came to life only six months ago. Despite Shift is 3 years old. But the truth is that Substratum will not have a working product until the next 3 years ! We have seen that they mainly focus on Marketing and that they haven't even released the source. I expect a massive migration from Substratum marketcap to Shift soon.
And finally, Shift is hosting content on IPFS. Soooo. It will also become a concurrent to SIA as soon as monetization is implemented ! Bullish.

Binance and other exchanges are waiting for the product to see what impact it will have, then they'll make a decision if they'll list or not SHIFT. 2018 will be a good year for shift team and for the community who believed in them.
