So many altcoins prices are on the moon. I switched my altcoins from the Ferrum network to another one. I will fill my bag with the top exchange listed altcoins. Actually, I believe the low volume altcoins season hasn't come yet. This isn't financial advice, but some low volume altcoins are very risky. I didn't invest in those altcoins until the listed a good exchange.
Though the OP was probably made before the crash, now is a good time to fill in your purse with some good coins. Was something in your watchlist, it would be a good time to act. But don't just jump into any coin for you just saw it dump. Not every coin would recover in the same way and not every coin would give you the same profit for your effort. Do your research, take time, the market could wait for days, if not, some other news would bring it down again. But only buy when you are sure.
I am not good in reading price charts. In fact, I already want to buy after seeing that some altcoins are going down. But I asked my friend, it is already good time to buy ? He said not yet. It will goes more down so wait for it. I have a big trust in him actually so I am following what he have said but in me, I want to learn more why he concluded that. Last time my understanding was to just fill my bag whenever the market is down but even though it is down there is still a right timing to buy.

No, I think it's applicable all the time to buy even its bearish or bullish if you're targeting for long-term you can buy for those two but for short-term holdings; still the best time to buy when the market is dump allowing us to buy at a cheaper price. It situation like this, I think there are sometimes that we need to hold and sell to cut our loses sometimes tokens are months to recover allowing our money to stick with the token. We should realise that we can recover the losses if we stop-loss and process to other investment. 
Well, I have to wait for the market to even drop more before making that decision. I already sold some of my holdings preparing for the next buy, but the market prices strongly getting to a high level. I'm not really confident with what is shown this time, so I just trying to step aside and wait for the best time to get in.

before it's too late and you need very certain confidence, don't be wrong to buy Alts tokens, now many tokens are starting to be released in any market, but for me, it's better to choose a large market that already has a team that is truly professional in their respective fields
I may not invest more than 30% of my currently available funds in altcoins. Because I'm already holding few reputed coins hence I will not be risking more with altcoins. But, I'm looking for bitcoins to dip to buy more. This may be the right time to buy more altcoins but at the same time we need to be more cautious because most of the time altcoins may not find up surge but keep falling down when bitcoin prices will be increasing.I'm just talking based on what I have observed in the past; when bitcoin was into strong bullish run but most of the altcoins were struggling. So, anything may happen and risking only limited resources will be helpful.

with so many projects it is difficult to choose but another advice is not to jump from one project to another to try to ride the hype of the moment.

It will be good to take advantage of the scenario for we can grab big opportunity of buying popular cryptocurrencies at a reduced price and hold it for a while and take profit once prices get into their recovery. It is a good time not to get depress about the dip for there can also be a lot of opportunities to be unlocked if you will look at the brighter side of it. Just make sure and be aware of the coins you will purchase and better see to it that those will be worthy in a long run.

There seem to be slight price movement from the beginning of this bull market. It actually difficult to predict the higher low since price has been increasingly upward without backing out! I think majority of altcoin prices respond to bitcoin movement. So, it is safe to assume bitcoin price affect the overall market prices!
Yes, it is time to full our bags with high potential tokens. Market can be recover anytime so we should be full ready. Many people have sold their tokens at high price and will buy new tokens now in dip.

If it is still possible to shop, I think everyone will shop, but the problem is it is difficult to predict when it's time to shop, I personally shop for coins, but until now the coins I bought are still stuck where there has been no shift, so for this session I missed shopping time

As for me, the Bullrun isn't over yet and corrections like this are necessary and normal. Some coins are worth buying these days but if you're waiting for the dip price, I guess we still have to wait for the right time. Just be sure to purchase active coins that could reach a good price after the correction period.
