I also think so, modern transaction tools are indeed necessary, simple and safe, but in my country this is not possible to conduct open transactions because of limited legality and some of us do not yet believe in cryptocurrency. It's good to buy some stuff using crypto especially if it is available in your country but in my case, I would be love if it will also happen via our local exchange so I can assure that the service is secure and my credentials will not be misuse.

That was pretty awesome on how crypto can already be used to purchase things you need without a need for cash. It is most likely the experience once cashless society have been adapted worldwide. I managed buying an object in a e commerce and then find the result not very good. Shopping online using crypto sucks. It's because I did send a crypto on their given btc address yet they say that they didn't received any. I think you have been scammed because if you enter the correct address to make a transaction, they are starting to lie about not receiving any payment.
