Well, i think there will always be some really good Ico to invest in. But they are so rare and it’s hard to find them. Just be careful and do some research to be sure.

It depands on you, if you interested in joining ICO you can follow it, but before joining in ICO you should understand, know and learn it first because it might be risky for people who just joined in ICO.
