It depends on your point of view. Joining any ICO is already a risk so basically any ICO you join has the same risk. It simple relies on the your judgement of that ICO. But if your asking my opinion if it is worth to Join your chosen ICO then I would say Yes because all ICO has the opportunity or chance to take spot on the Market and provide their service in the Block chain.

If the team has good track record history, join is good but you should also see another factor that the market is not good for exchange/ trade/ invest right now. Even you'll get good coin but next move to exchange/ trade/ invest will become problems, such lost value, stuck or even scam. I can say please, see again the situation for your own good investment.
