Ethereum has had a MtGox level event and will either die or be perma bear market for months/years. They've shown it's completely useless to have a low level scripting language for contracts.

I decided to enter also into Etherium family.
I have been dreaming for long to own some Etherium but now I saw the price came to more affordable levels so I lost my Etherium virginity.
I think Etherium has bright future and chances are the price will restart climbing and ETH rises stronger than ever before from this.

The price could drop a bit further in the next few days when there are more legal argument about the validity of the "theft".
I still have some funds reserved for buying it, and no I am not going to be all in.
It's the best buying opportunity of ETH that you will see for a long time. BTC on the other hand has pretty much peaked due to the Halvening. In summary buy ETH, wait to see on DAO, and ignore BTC as its now peaked.

Yes i do, i have bought some ethereum and not DAO. Because ethereum has big volume and today i have saw the area of support price of ethereum. And i think price will be rebounce.

LOL. He's right; it will most likely go down a bit more as the unbelievable news keeps pouring in about this. This is literally the plot of a fucking science fiction novel. We just need an intergalactic council to arbitrate
But on a serious note, sort term, it will be cheaper (eth) in the near future, and long-term, the same applies. Why buy now when you know it will most likely be cheaper soon? Until they make a solid decision about the forkage, the price is hanging by a thread. Remember, eth was hovering under 9 not too long before all this DAO madness. And not for that long. 
Ethereum needs to pull best solution out of bad options it have.

I think it is a good question. To the op buy both. But do not buy more then you can afford to lose.
I am thinking that these are one of the lower prices we are seeing as a result of rush dump and there should be a price correction soon - specially for DAO which will most likely be hard forked and so we would get a lot of Ethereum.

This is certainly not the best time to be buying DAO.
I'm pretty sure the DAO is toast.As far as Ethereum is concerned, I would stay on the sidelines until the developers issue better guidance on how they intend to handle this mess.

I think no, it's not the right moment to buy etherum at this stage because the exchange rate is keeping only decreasing and as long as it goes negative i would not recommend to buy because the chances to go even lower are high. I would wait a bit maybe until after the halving and then recheck how the situation is.
It is difficult to say. The DAO is at 0.60% of Ethereum price now. It is supposed to be 1%. So it is survives well, you should get 60%67% profit.

I have a question I don't understand let's say I want to invest in DAO now since its at Pre Ico prices if I buy and hold NOW from say Bittrex what will happen to my DAO holdings if there is a hard fork will I loose my DAO. Also goes for ETH thank you
