I totaly agree that halving must affect the price, that is inevitable. Imagine that this happens to the gold, for instance, you think that this wouldn't influence the price? I don't think that the price of BTC will double but it will be something over 500$.

I think this is most likely is going to happen indeed, its just a matter of time also because its hard to say what is gonna happen with the halving.
Maybe its going even to a higher amount but we will see when the halving is there of course.

No ethereum will not get such success as having bitcoin, as already supporters have gave full strength to bitcoin to make it successful and now they will not leave it to ruin their struggle.

I totaly agree that halving must affect the price, that is inevitable. Imagine that this happens to the gold, for instance, you think that this wouldn't influence the price? I don't think that the price of BTC will double but it will be something over 500$.

I think such a decision is solely upon yourself. Otherwise, I would advice that you take 50% of the amount and buy bitcoins "and be ready to risk that amount since bitcoin is very volatile". Hold them until the price has gone up by more than 50% from the current rate, then you can sell them.

Investing 10k's that you aren't to lose in bitcoin is a very bad idea, I'm pro-bitcoin but because of the volatility your investment value may at sometime fall to a percentage of what it used to be. Can't recommend investing that much in bitcoin.

You should believe in the bitcoin due to the fact it has such a good future if you compare it with other currency's.
It of course still needs to prove itself but after that has been done nothing can stop the bitcoin in my opinion, not even banks.
Also you can already see the bitcoin growing and all that people are believing in the bitcoin and its getting more and more that are doing it.
