If you already gained enough then its okay to cash out some bitcoin but you have to see to it that you will only cash out because you need the money. And the rest of the bitcoin you have better put it in offline wallet for safety.
Sincere advice, indeed. Cashing out bitcoins completely at this time won’t be a smart move. We all know that bitcoins are going to take ride to moon in the last weeks of August. If you really need money on urgent basis, you can cash out your bitcoins but if doing it for fun, kindly hold onto your coins. It would be regretful to withdraw all coins at the moment.

Right now cashing out of bitcoin is purely dependent upon the users who has the bitcoin into his wallet. As the price has been increasing now, people who has been into selling when it went below $2000 feel bad. Same time the complications of splitting is found as we are nearing to end days of July.

Those who sold their coins earlier were not expecting a solution to be found before August 1. But unfortunately for them (and fortunately for the others), the BIP 91 got locked in almost 10 days before that date. And the prices climbed so steeply during the last 48 hours that no one had the chance to buyback the coins they sold earlier.

If you had your payment in BTC, would you cash out your money or you would wait increasing of cryptocurrency?

It really depends on the situation. First off, I wouldn't cash my btc out w/o further studying the trend of the market. Also, outside factors may affect too. Such as urgency and emergency. But, if the rates are stable and somehow balance. Then I'll just keep my bitcoins and let it grow, before I withdraw it.

That will depend entirely in your needs, if you can avoid using most of your pay then I will hold for as long as I can, but if you need that money to pay the bills or to buy groceries then you do not have an option but to cash out and use the money to buy stuff you need.

We won't detect right time to cash bitcoin out. Bitcoin was 1800 usd 3 days ago and now it's around 2600 usd. One can guess this? Of course, no. So it's better hold it.

It depends actually of what you were going to do with your bitcoin, but if you need it for an emergency you can easily use it. If it were for crypto investments and trading then you might wanna wait until your target price is hit. If it's for me then, by looking at the price i could cash them out because the price is too good.  Grin

Wow! The prices have increased by almost 15% during the last 12 hours. And remember that BIP 91 is not yet a 100% certainty. We may need to wait another two or thee days for the confirmation. Altcoin prices are going down and BTC prices are rocketing upwards.

Only 10 hours left in this period, unless someone acts maliciously, it should lock in.

I am a small buyer (0.01 to 0.02 BTC per transaction) so these fluctuations in price at the current level matter little to me. Even if the price crashes back to under $1000 USD, I will loose very little. (I have lost far more money over the years on lottery)

I am in it for the long term investment and plan on holding on to what I have.

It depends in a situation like if you really need money then cash out your bitcoin now but if you didn't need i, just hold it in your wallet then wait to rise bitcoin in double or half of its value.

Bitcoin price now is already breach the price of $2500 and its running towards to $3000 dollars maybe before its too late try to convert your bitcoin into fiat currency and wait for august 1 the segwit will happen and bitcoin might fall but not totally fall maybe price will be decrease and this is normal we all know that. And then buy again and stock your bitcoin to earn profit.

Depends on your opinion, your decision. I do not think other people can decide for you. A good investment direction that you can choose for yourself.

Unless you need a money real bad, you should keep holding that. I mean, even though BTC is unstable, at least wait till the August. See what happens. Also people buy bitcoin for long term wait that means the market itself won't move that much but the value itself does.
yes you are also right and I am agree with you that holding your bitcoin would be the best decision but if you really need money then you have bitcoin then there is no other choice that to cash your bitcoins and fulfill your need at that time if you will wait for the price to get a bit high it will take a lot of time so both could be the best.
