Really depends on your financial situation, at this very moment if you can afford it holding on might work out well, if it is too much of a risk and you need the cash then maybe it would be better to cash out but either way make sure you are prepared for the opposite to happen.

Now it is a great time to accumulate crypto-currencies. After all the panic clears out and bitcoin uncertainity is gone we will surely see a lot of investors pouring their money back into crypto-currencies. If you're selling now you are like giving away money.   Cheesy

Dude. I suggest doing your own research and decide yourself. Don't rely on other people's choices and or decisions. Or maybe look at previous threads here and in other forums, and also on reddit. I've seen too much threads like this to be honest.
Thats happen when you dont research as you say in the cryptocurrency market, just wacht it and wait, like you say is his own decision, but if he have urge for the cash just go for it.

It would seem that it's a decent time to accumulate right now, not sell. If anything, all the media attention in the coming month will help Bitcoin in the long run!

For what i think, you should wait for the price to stabilize, the upcoming segwit make the market crash now
So if you are not in the need for some cash, don't cash out now,may be in december the price will reach $3k again,so wait and keep buying bitcoin for now

If you had your payment in BTC, would you cash out your money or you would wait increasing of cryptocurrency?
I prefer to keep bitcoins in my wallet, i would cash out only if it's necessary. if you are in need of cash then sell your coins if not hold!

+1.
It depends on your financial status, if you need money for your daily expenses then look for the right spot and sell some of your bitcoins. If your necessity is fulfilled then hold them tight and keep all your savings in the form of Bitcoins.

I prefer to keep bitcoins in my wallet, i would cash out only if it's necessary. if you wanted to cash out why now? you could've sold at $2700+. you should keep your coins unless you're indeed of money to buy something/pay.

edit.

Yes I will cash it out already, if you don't have any plans of buying back again why there's a need to let your money on exchange. Just get your payments now in cash. But if you want to hold it for a certain period of time, you can hold it as it is our investments that gives us a lot of times to double the value of our bitcoins.

No, unless you don't need the money. Don't that the reason be the panic because of August 1. If you don't need the funds for some certain reason you better keep your coins. Currently the price is a bit lower but will rise again so you can use this situation to enlarge the coins in your wallet. Just don't get under influence of unconfirmed informations.

If the urgent circumstances would be better to dilute bitcoin that had been invested because to meet the cost of living necessities are of course very important. And indeed with the investment in bitcoin certainly has a huge advantage especially if the investment for the long term will be able to double Bitcoin available

Of course if there is a emergency situation and you needed fiat money, then you should cash out your btc. But if you are just cashing out because you fear that they may be a split or something will not go right in Aug 1, then you should hold because 90% of the members here think that the price of bitcoin will grow after the dust has been settled. So just hold and have patience because one the price rose you will surely be happy that you hold and not cash out earlier.

If you had your payment in BTC, would you cash out your money or you would wait increasing of cryptocurrency?

If I really needed money to spend off I would definitely cash out my Bitcoins but only a few of it that is all I need for the mean time not all of my cryptocurrency, only if I have so much Fiat money I will not cash out my Bitcoins to it as much as possible because I do believe that Bitcoins and any other altcoins will grow in the future even though it is going down in terms of price nowadays but has it reasons so I understand and remain calm.

We know to ourselves that Bitcoin will soar high in our own mind and hearts it is just we keep on asking the same question over again even though we already know the answer because we are getting impatient and want fast results.

At the end of the day if you may ask me what would you do, follow your guts no matter what so in the end you will not be burden by anger and always think positive.

Your inquiry is so obvious. Of course you have to wait until the price increases before you sell your coins, unless you urgently needed to. No one can say with 100% certainty what is best for you. This type of matter is only up to you. If you want to sell then do so, if you want to hold please do so. Trust your guts so you do not have to blame anyone for a wrong decision.

I won't do such things as it mean lost for me, except you are sitting on profit to cash out at the current price.
Bitcoin price definitely will increase in the end of this month, just wait with patience and time will reveal what happen in this uncertain situation of bitcoin.
I do agree with some people here, suggest to take a decision that suit to your financial condition, whether your funds will be enough until the time for bitcoin increase rapidly again or it may continue to decline for months. But, I vote for bitcoin recover in this month and going up on August.

Well you can always sell it right now (but wait for the price to be highest as possible as now it can go up and down by $500 in a matter of hours) get your fiat money and wait for August 1st when people will panic their butts off and dump their hardly earned bitcoins to feel safe thinking they are doing something good, and as the price will fall really low because of all these dumps you can buy your bitcoins back for the same money that you've got by selling it now. And you probably end up having even more bitcoins than now because of that sell and buy back thing.

The general fact is that crypo has massive volatility. Anyone holding it has to be OK with that, end of.

If I could wait I would wait. But if I would need money to pay bills and buy things on real life I would surely cash out it. But I believe everyone have some extra money when the month finishes, this money I would continue saving in Bitcoins and investing it online to grow my funds. After some time I would have a nice passive income boosted by the increase in BTC price. With organization we can make our money grow very well.

I won't do converting nor cashouting. I will accept whatever will be the resulf of my decision to hold my bitcoins. And besides, Im not worried but Im excited as I see this coming event will be the breakthrough and will triggered the start of price increase journey of bitcoin.

Im not saying this because Im a believer. Im saying this because I have reasons to believe. If bitcoin price will goes down to even less than $1,000 then still it has value. Still way better compare to it's "bitcoin be-like" altcoins.

No risk No rewards, win or win, lose or lose, whatever it will be, I will accept it.
