For me in this market condition safest investing is on bitcoin. And also there are several Altcoins for investing in safely. Investing on ICOs is somewhat risky on this market condition. But when market recovers investing on hype ICOs will gives us great profit.

In 2018 many people invested in ICOs like quarkchain, atonomy, oneledger, and still all of them are traded below ICO price.All these projects had a fabulous team, nice white paper, great community and extended plans for future, but the current downtrend literally killed them all.
