Now the BTC remains for me the best option for investment. Although I regularly also pay attention to prospective variants of altcoins for investment distribution.
It's very irrational to invest in ICOs at this stage. Most of the projects are losing money and we're seeing a rising loss rate. I think we should buy bitcoin now, which is very cheap compared with the price at the beginning of the year.
Altcoin or ICO isn't bad to invest in. They are all good coins and have the potential of rising and generating profits. I will say again that investment is a choice so you decide which one is good and join. For me personally, I will invest in bitcoin because I know it's worth.
For me you can invest on that three even if bitcoin has the low price now but i think soon it will goes high. You can invest in an ICO but make sure the these ICO is legit make resesrch about it. Investing is taking a risk theres a chance to fail and there a chance to earn.
You can invest in an ICO after proper research. Fact is that you take the risk when you invest in startups. 90% of them will fail. When you watch interviews with angel investors they will say that the many companies they invest in only a small percent make it. These ICOs are early startups and they will be no different.

There are still good project out there in the world of ICO. I will advice you to research well about any ICO you intend to invest your money. Yes BTC is still the number one coin that get everyone attention including the institutional investors. So i can say btc is safe to invest if you have enough money to hodl enough btc. SO if you dont have enough cash to invest then i will advice you to go into ico or look into some coin with potential.
Mind you, ALT are very cheap to buy now and this is the best time to HODL potential alt coin and be ready for massive return during the bull run.
You can invest to these three but you must know what you are going to invest because without knowing it might be lose for you so you better do your research but if you ask me i rather invest to bitcoin and altcoin because they do have product unlike with ICO their are some not
As for me, Bitcoin and Ethereum will always be the best option, follow than couple of altcoins like matrix, ripple, NEO, Litecoin. Moreover, Investing in ICO can be very profitable at times, but it is also very risky. So follow your heart and do the right thing well.

Among those coins I only heard about Medicalchain.But I have a general advice for you which is to diversify. Buy Btc and ETH if you got a lot of money. For the rest of your portfolio put most of money into trustworthy projects in top 100.
Then you can invest a little in less known coins for safety reason.
First of all forget about investing in ICOs as most of them are scam (ex: Ionchain) or when they get listed, their prices drops to much lower level than the ICO price.
You should buy some altcoins after proper research but do not put all your money in a single coin irrespective of how good that is. Always diversify the portfolio.

I propose you to put resources into bitcoin and some best altcoins like Ethereum, LTC, DASH, MONERO and NEO. These altcoins are best to contribute right now since cost of all the above altcoins including BITCOIN are low. These coins can gives you great benefit when contrasted with ICO's. since ICO's are excessively unsafe these days according to my supposition.

investing anything always has a risk. so invest as much as you can to lose. then before investing you should first research the market conditions and coin price movements. investment in ICU is also good when we have researched team work and sales of ICO are good, so I think it's okay to invest in the ICO. but for a beginner like I should choose an investment in a coin that is already strong and has a large market. like ethereum and litecoin.

I think investment is the maximization of profit, if I choose ico project. Investing in altcoin, because investing in them is a way to get rich quickly, bitcoin is relatively stable, and the value is relatively high, it is unrealistic to buy a lot of bitcoin.
Why not try the three. Diversify so that when one of them fails, you won't loose the money all at once. There will be others that you can get profit from and you should always research before you invest in anything
