In my opinion it's a good idea to invest something in top coins like Bitcoin and Ethereum, something in promising alt coins with good potential, and something in the most promising ICOs.
I think that in the time the crypto market is falling you should invest BTC or Altcoin. Those are effective methods, I do not encourage the ICO investment in this time

In my point of view investing long term is a good option, investing into Altcoins if for more profit and investment would be long term or short term depends on the Altcoin which you select. ICO are little risky but if you get good ICO invest for long term.
At the moment i think it is very profitable to invest in thr ICOs, good ICOs always will bring very good profit but you need to be very picky with ICOs where to invest. Here my list of ICOs where i will send my funds.

Choosing ico should be based on experience because we do not have a better experience for better, better to invest in btc where btc is currently a good and limited coin and minimize the risk of loss.Picking the best option is really hard in this case. Then you can simply divide your budget into small pieces. You can follow the way below:
40% for ethereum investment.
25% for bitcoin investment.
20% for other altcoins.
Then 15% left, this is for ICO contributions.
if you have money, then in any case do not miss such a great chance to make money. the market is about to go up
investing is always cool and promising. I think there's a big chance to make money on any of this list, at least for now for sure
Btc Altcoin Ico if u consider investing it is best we invest in all of three equal percentage of amount in balanced manner all will increase at some point in time

The altcoins you are talking is done. We'll its up to you where you will invest because of all your choices was good and you can take it all or just pick on that. Most likely it is good to invest in altcoins and ico but it has the most risk than buying bitcoins as low as the price dump.

It depends how big your capital is, if your capital is big then you can choose everything. But if you want a long-term investment then bitcoin is the top choice, because bitcoin has proven strong and it can minimize the risk of coin failure.
