A lot of decent projects hardly ever conduct any bounty campaigns because the project is well-known itself. This year unfortunately is not prolific for bounties as comparing to the last (the boom of ICO's) and my advertising rate is going to 0%.

You don't have to stop joining bounties but rather the bad ones should be avoided. There are good bounties out there fro reputable managers such as Hhampuz, Jolin, Bountyhive and wapinter to mention a few. Find them and actively engage and I am certain you will be happy with your reward in the end

Bounties are just risks. As much as you don't put all your eggs in one basket, don't quit bounty. It still pays.

If the team requires that the hunters pass KYC at the end of the company, although at the beginning it was not discussed, this is alarming. If you need to transfer money to get tokens, then these are 100% scammers. I checked it on my own experience. Really good companies once demanded nothing from me.

I am quite new in the cryptocurrency space but I have been hearing terrible tales from my friends who are already earning from bounty campaigns, I would be joining my first campaign in the nearest future and I just hope it all goes well.

Based on my experience, yes you should. The chances of having a reward in a bounty is not even 50/50 anymore which I believe back in 2018 and it is now more like 10/100 is the chance or could be lower. Just any of these category fails is already a sign that you won't be rewarded in the end and that is softcap, fair devs, and postponed/cancelled project.

Joining a bounty program must follow a thorough research into that project in other to know its originality and capabilities of becoming successful. With this, a bounty participant limits the chances of promoting a worthless project for months.
precisely. I understand when someone wants to stop joining the bounty hunter, sometimes it's not in line with our expectations, and we can't do anything about it. because of that, finding out all aspects of the project that we support will be very necessary. Well, it's natural that some people want to quit this job, but I don't recommend it.

At the moment, rarely what bounty campaign can bring participants any significant profit. It is more like a lottery. It must be calmly understood, accepted and experienced.
For winning big in the lottery, you have to buy the lottery ticket first. Without joining and promoting the bounty campaign, it has no meaning for a person the bounty campaign is a big lie or not. Bounty campaign is a good source for earning altcoins but you need to find the paying bounty campaigns, it is a kind of skill, knowledge combination for finding it. Signature campaigns are most commonly used by the experienced bounty hunters, you need to share the experience with various social media channels.

It was really unfortunate you had to go through all that, but that is not a big issue, simply just don't quit, give room for more research, this will do you a whole lot of good than just joining any bounty project you come across, With research you tend to reduce the risk of joining wrong projects.

It was an unfortunate event that i was able to join an ICO campaign that was really not good in terms of their management. They are requiring to do the bounty hunters a KYC process as to help them identify the real bounty hunters. Well that is good though and i am confident that i am able to comply in the KYC process. However, a couple of months pass the team requires the bounty hunters to contribute with 0.1 eth and that time I was about to think why when in fact they will do KYC? So i think there is something fishy out there in their ICO and i quit joining bounty campaigns. I posted more than 200 post for them but sad to say my efforts had gone to nothing. I am afraid now to join ICO bounty campaign. Should i quit? Well anyway i found SONDER and this time i am sure that i have joined a good ICO having a live sales which sold million of tokens in their private sales. No question with the success we are almost reaching the soft cap and i am planning also to invest with them as the team told us that our contribution as eth increases so does our tokens. WOw i am really impressed with these ICO. The team are working hard and i am happy and great to be with these team. I finally found the one.

Every project that ask you to contribute in order to claim your bounty rewards are all scams and they plan to run with people money. Most also use the part of KYC to scare away multiple accounts which isn't a bad one

What the demand for KYC has caused in the crypto space, has really got so many people discouraged from bounty or any bounty with KYC.
Personally, if I want to join any bounty, I try to make enquiry, if KYC will be involved or not. So that I can be informed on what to do.

take a decision that can make you happier than before .. and you have to think deeper if you want to stop joining bounty .. don't because one project is not clear then you want to stop .. because there are still many other projects that are better which can give us a bigger advantage in it ...

In the first place, why should a project team request for donation from bounty hunters. Hunters are only promoting projects to earn some good amount of tokens and sell on exchanges for their gains.
Instead of deciding to leave, it better you device ways of choosing the best projects for yourself.

Bounty is not easy work anymore. You have to work continuousl,  you have to keep an eye on project's channel to get regular updates about KYC or distribution time and process, sometimes you need to download their wallets and so many things you need to cover up to get the bounty reward.  There was a time when we did bounties and there wasn’t any extra rules to get paymen.  The first thing you need to focus most to pick a potential project to avoid scams!

If you want to be a successful bounty hunter, then you need to show perseverance. What happened to you is what is very common. especially now that many projects are becoming scam but the most important thing you did not add to your post the bounty name. When I was very new here on bitcointalk, the first thing I learn is to look for some old members with high experience in chosing and doing bounty campaign. So I start following them. Now that I am a Full Member, I have learn a lot and still learning. What happened to you should be taking as lesson and do not let you distract you from doing bounty campaign.

It can be frustrating joining several bounties without anything to show for it, Nothing good comes easy they say, one has to keep persevering and hopeful that all these efforts will get good rewards someday

Do not quit bounty campaigns. I remember I did a lot of bounties in 2018 and most of them didn't work out. In 2019, things changed and any bounty I take part in turn out to be great and I get paid almost immediately after the project ends. Don't give up yet.
