Yesterday I decide to have a slots session, and it wasn't even fun. I made a $100 depo and start playing on my favorite slot game Nitropolis 4 from ELK

Most of the spins where dead spins with $2 bets, when I lose all my balance I made another $100 depo. And again some bad rolls until I hit the bonus, on that bonus I win $30 before the bonus started a $0 from the 8 free spins.

After that experience it leves a bad taste, I didn't enjoy the session, and feels like a rigged game.

Had anyone here had an experience like that and think about quit playing slots?

Something like this has happened to me so many times that I can't even count. Countless bonus rounds that gave x0 after losing a nice part of my balance and crazy long streaks of dead spins... And I experienced it with all providers, you name it: ELK, NoLimit, Pragmatic, Hacksaw, Relax, BGaming, NetEnt, Red Tiger, AvatarUX, BigTimeGambling, YGGDRASIL, and others...

$100-$200 is nothing when we choose to play slots with $1-$2... I do the same thing from time to time, I decide to play fewer spins with $1-$2, and if I get a hit to be worth it, and many times I did hit something nice and went to $400-$500, even more. But what came after that was a total disappointment, after playing 100-200 spins on some slot with $2 and getting nothing I moved to the next one, another 100-200 spins full with dead spins and bonuses that don't give anything and I lose everything in 30-40 minutes. The last $100 usually goes to some bonus buy, and a few times I recovered, but many more times I just end up with $10-$20 balance left...

I quit playing slots a zillion times, but after some time I give it another try... degen. Smiley So head up and don't worry, slots are tricky and the rule "play with what you can afford to lose" should be applied for slots more than on some other games. Take a break and I wish you more luck when you decide to try it again... maybe you should start with a lower bet. Smiley

I have that experienced in the past and I don't want to get the same things and still trying to limits my money. Playing slot game are very tempting and can makes people still playing more and more without stops.
That is normal if you deposit more money because of your losses but that will not be a good things to do because you can lose all of that money and only makes you deposit more and more. That is why you must have self control when playing gambling, not just for slot game because gambling can makes you forgets about limitation.
You needs to stops playing gambling for a while and do other things that can makes you forget gambling. Only with that, you can leave gambling for some time and will not thinks about your losses.

It's really normal, you will lose money quicker if you gamble on slots.

I see that you're not happy while you gambling and after you losing all of your bankroll, it's better to quit and gamble on games where you feel entertained. You shouldn't rely on winning for happiness because gambling will make you lose money, so the chance of being sad is higher than being happy if you rely on winning.

If you are playing with money that you can afford to lose then you should accept the results you get instead of thinking that it is cheating you. Not only you, me or anyone who loses too much when gambling, we will think we are cheated but that is just the feeling when we lose and there is no evidence to prove it.
Yep, it's better for someone who feel cheated by playing in lucky based games to play casino games where you can verify your own bets, in slots you can't do that.

If you feel that the game is rigged, you can leave the game and choose to play on another platform or you can stop playing slots. There is no need to force yourself to play on platforms that you don't even trust anymore, if you feel that they are unfair, you can choose to leave the platform, it's very simple. But I think that maybe it's just your unlucky day, because you can't expect that you can keep winning from playing slots, there will definitely be unlucky days, and maybe that's it. Maybe tomorrow you can win more (or lose more lol) but if you can't afford your gamble, you can quit playing slots.

You are very wrong if you want to win from slot gambling.
This game is just for fun. So don't think about returning your first deposit with another deposit.
Just make one deposit and enjoy the game with a small bet. Whether you win or lose, just follow and enjoy the game

Not just a slot gambling, but basically gambling is an entertainment, not a place for us to make money for our daily needs. Those who are intending to make money or become rich from gambling are making a mistake and they should stop playing any games and even stay away from things related to gambling. As long as we cannot consider gambling as just entertainment and fun with the spirit of relieving stress, it is best not to participate.

Having one bad session shouldn't discourage you from playing slots unless you don't enjoy the game after giving it several chances. I had countless bad experiences with slots, but it took me a while before it made me quit and move to sports betting. If I usually have those bad experiences, I only put them on my avoid list and then move on to another slot game. Still, I don't blame you for quitting, there are games where you sometimes have to draw the line if it's not fun anymore.

The feelings are always there; it's nothing new. If you are on the losing side and you have tried out all you could, yet it seems like luck is not on the person's side, the only blame and thought that will come afterward is that the game is not being fair and it's being manipulated, but in that same game, someone else somewhere is making a win, which is why we record a loss.

But that's the point, we can see on the casino the biggest multipliers from that slot:

As we can see in the image, it has only hit something bigger than x1000 one time. And that doesn't look fair at all, that's why i feel it's rigged. I know this stats doesn't include the bonus buy, but is weird to see such a low multiplier for a slot that offers a x50,000 as a max win.

It's your fault to me you didn't play responsible after having to lose your first 100$ deposit, then why didn't you set plans for yourself on the amount you could gamble with. On a norm, bet it slot, roulette or sport betting immediately your first deposit is consumed you should space the casino or gambling site because if you continue it's assume that you were trying to restore back the initial deposit by turning it into compulsive gambling to restore back your lost fund.

I gabled with money that i can afford to lose, i know it wasn't a wise move to make the second deposit, but i wanted to give it a second shot.

And as other users mention, maybe i should gamble with other provider like hacksaw, but those slots are cruel, we can win huge but the amount of dead spins is huge.

ELK provider is more on graphics games but lesser payout. I never won something significant on this provider even though I keep winning many times above x1000 multiplier on other provider like Hacksawgaming and Push Gaming.

There’s no doubt that ELK has one of the slot game providers that offers the coolest slot games due to its unique mechanics and graphics but the payout is kinda sucks that small to medium win is just for breakeven.

Maybe try to pick other provider? Slots is fun to play if you just spin in minimum bet.

Things like that have become commonplace among gamblers, especially when playing slots because this game completely relies on luck, the advantage of slots is usually always in favor of the host so you don't need to say it's cheating because that's how the game has been played for a long time.
Losses are a risk that you have to bear because you are the one who decided to gamble, let it be your most important experience, in the future you can control yourself and limit yourself when you play this game, I was quite surprised to hear your statement that you lost $100 and then you deposited again with the same amount. In gambling it is very wrong, don't expect too much from slots if you don't want to experience bad luck.

It’s really easy to lose $200 in a slot machine, especially if you bet $2 per bet. In those $200 being in separate occasions or different deposits, it is just 50 bets in a single session. It is quite small compared to others that I see in terms of their starting capital in a lot machine.

My experience experience is just the same as yours where I lose all of my deposit in trying to get the jackpot in my Favourite slot game.

Like what the other members said I think with sports betting you have more chances of winning and then slot machines it’s like you need to have luck by your side.

It’s just not your day mate. You aren’t lucky enough to win the games. It happens with many people many times I must say. The alternative to this is to play games where you can use some skills instead of luck. That’s why I suggest everyone try sports betting. If it is done with proper research, then definitely you will minimize the chances of losing. As asked in the question, if you really want to make profits or at least want to reduce your losses, then yes, you should quit gambling in slots.

I tried multiple times to play slots but I'm not enjoying playing it or making profits/losses. It's kinda not challenging or exciting for me to play.
So if you ask me about quit playing slots, it depends on you, because you need to consider your goal or what you want to achieve, like it is profitable, or you don't understand how it works or you are not enjoying playing it.

Feeling that the game is rigged after you losing $200 is quite normal. I also felt that way whenever I lose in gambling, and for sure most of those who are losing might felt the same at some point.

Anyway, I'm not playing slots, but I mostly bet on sports, and there is a time where I also tried the Mines game where I felt that it was a rigged game because I lost a lot on it though I don't blame the website itself. I think there's no reason to blame the OP for his loss because that's just how gambling is. Not being responsible? I don't see it like that, but it's more of a "OP isn't lucky" thing. He made a deposit, lost, tried to recover that loss by depositing more, and still lost. It's not being responsible, but just not lucky. Cheesy

I hope that you're still ok OP. There really are times where you aren't lucky, and the best thing to after that is to maybe stop gambling for a while especially if 200$ is a huge amount for  you (it's a huge amount for me of course Cheesy). Maybe try to gamble in different games if you want to continue gambling.

Take a break for some months maybe a year if you feel like.  Plenty of other games to play, if you come back and it still sucks for you then why are you even bothering.  Consider it a positive unless you were winning alot then getting bored might be a natural reaction to tell you its time to move and focus your energies elsewhere.

The main reason you had such a bad experience is because you gambled with more amounts than you can afford to lose. Your experience isn't new at all, many users in the forum have experienced it first hand including myself and when the picks aren't turning out in your favor, you feel the results were rigged against you, but when it favors you, you think your strategies are superb.

Regulate your gambling involvement before it gets worse than it is already and don't chase your loses in your next session, else you're heading for some real deep shit.

The comment that it wasn't very fun at all should tell you all you need to know about what your decision should be.  If you gamble amd have no fun and continue to do so that's how ypu end up addicted or are already addicted.  For me gblikg is entertainment so if some isn't fun I immediately stop amd move on to something else.

Its normal feeling when you are been disappointed with the outcome of your session. But for sure you can get over with it once you already in acceptance stage. We always think about quitting especially when we are losing, but for sure we came back once again we already have available funds to spend.

But if playing cause a lot of stress and financial burden to you then I guess its really better to quit. Rather than keep your gambling activities intact just to be in discussions especially if your friends still doing this activities.

Just think about it if its time to quit since you are the one can decide for yourself.

For me I don't play slot games rather football bet/gambling. But apart from me only focusing on football gambling, we all face thesame challenges of loosing in a strict and regret ever playing gamble that particular day or why not we use the lose fund to do something better than loosing it. But we forget that gambling is another side hustle which aside from fun, we can be rich by hitting a jack pot someday. Because most people where fortunate enough to have win big due to consistently trying of luck without given up. and most have been likewisly trying consistently but never win for several years. In notshell we should just keep trying luck even when something is not coming up but hoping for better days ahead. but we should apply with caution in Oder not to get addicted. We should as well withdraw our profit whenever we manage to win, let greed never sweep our win off our feet.
