although there are many articles that analyze bitcoin out there I think it comes back to you. What do you think of the future? have you also seen some bitcoin leaders, such as CZ and Elon Musk? if you already feel confident bitcoin will enter the bearish market in the near future you can sell it. However, if you are sure you can hold it.
Well i think it depends on the lemit that you have set or depends on your calculation and trust on bitcoin. If you buy bitcoin on last year 2018-2019 while bitcoin price is on dip i am sure that you have gain a big profit if you sell it this time. But as what i have said it depends on the lemit if you have trust that bitcoin will rise in the next few months then you can hold it and earn more.

Investors choice if the bitcoin they keep is going to sell or is still holding because we are different possible prediction of the bitcoin. If you think it's time to sell you can do that if you want safe just sell the others and the rest wait until the price will go rise again because that is the investors do they did not sell all the bitcoin or coin that they have once it's very high because they chances the price will become higher.

Sell for profit and buy back for stacking again.

Because we know bitcoin up so much high. 2021 big year for crypto currency. this market is very risky for new investor and holder . sell your bitcoin i hope again you can buy bitcoin low price .
Not for holders like me. I've experienced several downs and that didn't move me but made me stronger and more patient with all of the bearish turns that the market we've been with.

It is difficult to give advice at the moment, if you have Bitcoin for investment and to live, it is obvious that you should withdraw a little for your needs, but I recommend that you can save as much bitcoins as possible for yourself, it has been proven over time that Bitcoin is valued much more, no matter that the price goes down, it is a safe investment.

Microstrategy even though its shares are down 50%, it bought a lot more bitcoins! Ignoring all the bad news about Bitcoin and all the possible FUDs, around $10 million more has been bought, if the big boys do it and you have confidence in Bitcoin, why not trust Bitcoin investment?

If you have bought bitcoin some time ago, then I suppose you have made good profits, as the bitcoin price has constantly increased over the past few months. If that is the case, then it shouldn't be a problem for you to sell it now. Over the past two weeks or so, we have seen a lot of fluctuation in the price. So when the price comes down quite a bit, you can buy it again. If you have bought recently and haven't made profits yet then you can continue to hold.

If you are not really sure to hold all your Bitcoins, you can sell some of them. But I suggest to buyback once the price is dropping. Actually, the value of Bitcoin is always growing from one halving to another halving. So, if you have a plan to make big profits in the next halving with your current Bitcoin, you can hold them for the long-term assets. However, if you want to buy on the next bearish and take profits in this bullish, you can buy some of your Bitcoin.

Indeed, it's best way to maximize profits from bitcoin and bitcoin is a great assets to get returns even if anyone buy that in any altseason. Halving is a major events for bitcoin as price of bitcoin is needed to pump to maintain the profitability of miners. So, buy bitcoin into correction and hodl or sell until next ATH or bull run. TBH, bearish season is a great time to grab more bitcoins and better to divide portfolio into two or three parts to reserve some funds for next bearish season.

Hi Everyone, I have a dilemma since I am holding an wholesome portion of bitcoin. With all the speculation going on in the market I don't know whether to sell or hold on my bitcoin. I've been wanting for more than a week to see if bitcoin's price improves, but it is only falling more and more.

I've gone through dozens of analysts' blogs, websites, market cap sites, price prediction sites, and all the important bitcoin market sites to find the right answer. But I am still unsure.

So, can anyone please tell me if I should dump my bitcoins with some losses (selling at lesser price than the buying price), or should I hold on to it?

There is also another reason. A promising stock just opened up. So should I sell my bitcoins and but the new stock that I'm interested in?

Viketo Sumi (Armani123)

One of the major factors that affect when to sell an asset, bitcoin in this case, is selling it at a price higher than the cost price so as to make profits.
Since the funds you invested in bitcoin are mainly for investment purposes because you said you were going to sell your coins to invest in a stock, I'd advise that you still hold to your coins for some time.
Secondly, I think you should not bother with analysts and the predictions they make. Many analysts have wrongly predicted the price of bitcoin over the years in that it'll go down only for bitcoin to disappoint them every time
The Indian government's intent to prohibit private cryptocurrencies, like Bitcoin, has spooked the existing cryptocurrency holders in the country. Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on Tuesday said that an inter-ministerial committee has suggested ban on private cryptocurrencies in India, except any virtual currencies issued by state. Though there is lack of clarity, but the industry experts believe these are serious challenges.

My opinion you should sell,  because eventually the bitcoin should go to zero.
I have not talked much about it,  until today.  The thing that made me decide
to take a side in this is a report I read on it by a very famous economic analyst.

Here is my review of the report put out by
Jim Rickards on the bitcoin, edited and
shortened, pump and dump, is what the
basic scheme is:

Bitcoin is a classic bubble like many bubbles,
but most bubbles had relatively little outright
fraud.  In contrast, the Bitcoin bubble is based
almost entirely on fraud. when this bubble
bursts, the damage may be even greater and
the value of Bitcoin may disappear entirely.

Here’s how the fraud works as described in
this legal notice from the New York State Attorney
General.

A company called Bitfinex sponsors
a cryptocurrency called Tether. This crypto
is a so-called “stablecoin.” This means
that the value of one Tether is fixed at $1.00.
When you buy a Tether for $1.00, the money
is supposedly held in safe liquid assets. When
you cash in your Tether, you should receive
$1.00 in return (less small transaction costs).
No one has been able to locate the liquid assets
that supposedly back Tether.

Tether claims that its dollar reserves are
in a Bahamian bank named Deltec Bank & Trust.
But independent research revealed that the
assets claimed by Tether exceed the total
U.S. dollar assets of the entire Bahamian
banking system.

Research showed that those who buy Tether use
them overwhelmingly to buy Bitcoin from unregulated
crypto-exchanges based in Africa and Asia.

These exchanges offer leverage and often award
“free” Tether coins for those who bring in new
customers. These Tethers have been used to bid
up the price of Bitcoin and create the bubble.

The dollars supposedly backing Tether are
unaccounted for.

When this scheme collapses bitcoin and tether
values will collapse quickly. Tether would be
unable to redeem retreating Bitcoin investors
(because of the unaccounted-for liquid assets).
The Tether crooks would walk away with dollars.

The prices of Bitcoin and Tether will collapse
catastrophically, Bitcoin holders will walk away
empty-handed.

I personally only hope for the long term perspective of my investment in Bitcoin. Of course, this year Bitcoin must definitely renew its maximum, but according to the statement of many analysts, Bitcoin can exceed its value several times in comparison with today's indicators and become a stable asset if its capitalization increases 20 times on average. I fully agree with this opinion and therefore I believe
that the future of Bitcoin depends not only on good news, but also on all investors, including each of us.
Some analysts can be funny sometimes with their false predictions and statement about the Bitcoin market. I agreed that Bitcoin can exceed its existing value on several occasions but it can never be a stable asset. Every asset that is a product of speculation will never be a stable asset now or in the future.

That will happen. It's more with the adoption and demand, whether there will be goods, bitcoin is still going to have its factor through fundamentals and the existing factors that are making its market move from time to time.
Good news is still going to affect the market but this time, there more good news than bad news because you see known companies invest in bitcoin.

In the event that the cost will be low that time purchases and hold the bitcoin. At that point hang tight at the cost increment that time you sell or trade any coins. So check the market cost regular. I would exhort against selling, particularly now, since you'll have the option to sell at a more exorbitant cost soon enough. I wouldn't circumvent understanding expectations on the off chance that I were you, anybody can post anything.

Since many researchers has reviewed what will happen in this year 2021 concerning bitcoin price, that is making many people to start selling their coins hoping that the price of bitcoin will dump.it is good  hold your coins because this is just the beginning of bitcoin pumping.

If bitcoin can reach $50k in the second month of 2021, show that those trader that will hold up till June will really make a good income, when the price of bitcoin will be close to $100k. This year is a year of profit making for those who will not be in hast to sell their coins now because bitcoin pumping is heading to $100k before the end of the year.
In my opinion it is very unwise to go against bitcoin especially during a bull run, there is a common saying that states that the trend is your friend and this is true in this market, going against the trend and tying to predict when the top is going to be reached is a useless exercise, anyone that sold their coins at the 50k level now is probably lamenting their mistake as bitcoin is growing once again and it is just a matter of time until we get to 60k, so it is better to keep our coins and only sell once it is completely clear the bitcoin market is crashing.

It depends on you which you can afford. If it is not urgent to sell then I must say to hold more and Hodl tight. Because we are seeing new ATH within a very short time and maybe we are going to see another big ATH in next week but anything can happen. Follow your own research first.
Yes you can hold but try to compared both things in terms of profitability level or amount.

Holding and trying to reach out 2x or several percentage into your coins or portfolio unlike if you do actively trade where you can even earn more than with that but of course
this one accompanied with risk but if you do want to play much safer then holding is ideal.

But if you are the ones who do like to enjoy profits in short time then you would need to deal with it.
