I need to start making money. I go to school. I want to make money and go on a vacation trip with the class. Should I start betting on sports?

What course are you learning in school, by the way? Does it relate to sports or something? If viewing football or any sport for that matter helps your studies or school education, then you could spend some time on them. Students need alot of time to learn
If you are learning a course that relate to sports and you are talented or passionate about sports, then It may be ok to follow the kind of sports you are learning about, and possibly learn to bet on it with little to no risk. Once you become consistently successful/profitable in your bets, you could gradually begin to raise your bet minimum to safe level as you continue to improve & be consistently profitable.
It's more efficient to bet on things you're learning in school and are talented in. For example, if you are learning about economics/currency/money, you could also learn to predict the currency market, and possibly get some rewards from doing well. That's more efficient way of learning, working and earning a living. You spend more time on things that help your talent and career in life
