There are alot of new exchange in crypto market but not all of them has good reputation, so choose that really have fully regulation and friendly customer support like Binance, Huobi, Okex. If you want to decide to use centralized exchange is better use more than 2 exchange because already many case of hacking. Actually its more secure to use decentralized exchange like Waves platform.

That wallet is not familiar for me, it is not preferable to use that wallet because it is not popular and for sure that exchange doesn't have high volumes. Always choose exchange that is popular and have good image. 
If you want to buy crypto, you should be trade it because the price all the times change, and from it you can avoid loss and make some money. And if you dont have enough times to spend everyday, you can do swing trading so you need only spend times once aweek. Choose crypto exchange that has good reputation like Binance, Poloniex, Bittrex, Huobi.
If you are still holding your coins and if I may assume Bitcoin, you should not trade for now even if you have some profit margins.The reason for that is purely because the market is still in the phase of stagnation and a recent conference on blockchain and Bitcoin in Toronto ended up with the concluding lines that the market is currently cold for the visitors and the tech geeks and those with ideas and businesses around it would be the ones who would revive it so better keep holding.

By saying exchange, what do you mean by that?
For me, I would only trade if I have proven myself profitable despite this bad market continue, bearish normally brings loss
to majority of the profit as most of us are rooting for the increase by we got destroyed by the big correction that is happening.
We should think twice before trading now, I suggest if you are not good enough, just stay and relax while waiting until market recovers again.

this kind of situation will always teach you something how not to trade and how to take both of the things will easily be learnt when the price of Bitcoin was very low and how to handle or profit is also been teaching without any winters in the time after getting the price falling deeply but I definitely recommend you can definitely buy and trade without any doubt. 
if I suggest, yes, but use a long-term trading method or holding a coin, because to do daily trading it is still difficult to get a big profit. so by holding you can get the desired benefits

standard people will definitely accept this situation also but to be honest people don't want to invest right now and get the difficult situation to affect their normal life but that existing investor not leave their profit Till they are getting it.

Why would anyone "Deposit" btc into an exchange just to get verified . Why would you even bother to go to that exchange when there are plenty of bigger, safer and trustable exchanges out there.
The exchange you are talking definitely looks like a scam to me and sorry to hear about your friend loosing his 0.5btc in that exchange.
One question though, why did your friend deposit 0.5btc in an exchange which he never used while the verification price was just 0.015btc

I agree completely, I only would use big exchanges that are trustworthy such as binance or gdax. There have been too many exit scams done by smaller exchanges so people need to be extremely careful. Even if they have an exclusive coin you want to buy only deposit small amounts at a time to not expose yourself to high losses.
Not only giving importance to trading but also we need to find a good exchange for trading. I hope it is very to hold some fund when the market is going down because we need to grab those potential coins in the market because soon those prices will start increasing very fastly.

Now it is the right time to grab potential coins because the prices of coins went very low in the market. People who grab the coins at this position will always make very good profit when the market starts recovering. So it is very good to be active in the market when the prices or up and when the prices are down.

Agree with a lot of people here, new market looks good. Maybe it is their strategy to attract traders to trade in their site. I'm not use that site yet so i can't review it is good or not. The site seems to be a replica copy and should hardly be trusted.
Is there any registration fee of 0.015 BTC over there? If yes, than you should treat this very cautiously and only invest if you get any positive feedback regarding that website.

This is nothing but a blatant scam connected to some other scams mentioned inside threads linked in this post https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.48938192. It seems they stop spamming forum after dozens reports. The site seems to be a replica copy and should hardly be trusted.
