I think saying "cute" to a child means he/she appreciate watching the kid. How much appreciation would be an affection and warmth comfortable words that they love the child. If the age is like 7 below, call the child a chiled and if 7 or 8 and above start calling them a kid. But the important is the upbringing of the parents on how they manage to raise their child to be responsible and to their maturity.

We should treat them like a children sometimes , bit please give them a chance to decide also for their own self .

It depends on how do you want to educate them. If you are always trying to educate them as a strong adult, then they are obviously going to be a succesfull people.

I saw that there are some families educating their childrends like if they were kids of 4 years old, when they are just 12 or 13 Years old.

that is something that would affect them a lot on a near future.

Still treat them with what their age applies. If they are still children. Then rather treat them as veing kids.Do not be so advance in treating them to be  more adults. You may be expecting much more to them.

Yeah. So while they still kids they will know how to decide for themselves, thats the practice for them to know how to decide but we still need to treat them like a children because they still kids.

It should really depend on their level of development. Some kids can be reasoned with while other have to be cajoled to do stuff, for example. It's not a one-size-fit-all approach when dealing with kids.

I what I do believe in is that they should be given responsibilities that they can handle as early as possible (stuff for lil kids would be feeding the fish, etc). And quit the "you are special" talk, that would just lead them to disappointment. These two hopefully would make it easier for them to transition from children to adults.

Many people treat kids like inferior beings, using "cute" voice, not giving them a chance to say their word, make a decision and such. Do you think such behavior might bring harm to the development of their personality, and they should be instead treated like adults, but just less experienced, so with understanding and patience?
