Bitcoin is GOD

I think that it will be a good idea if you'll sell your XRP against BITCOIN. but you should do it in a perfect timing. I think while bitcoin's price is around 7k$, it's gonna be a good moment to buy some bitcoin using your ripple, I'm saying that because I don't think that xrp will gain a good value in the future as we all know that it have a large supply in the market and this is kinda difficult for it to increase a lot and give you such a good profit like bitcoin.

Ripple has always had problems to go up in value not only because of its huge supply which is in my opinion an already big reason to discard the coin, but this also happens because many users have a very strong distrust of ripple because of its very strong ties with banks and as we know one of the reasons for this market to be created on the first place was to create a system that allowed us to transfer money without the need of any third party.

So I really think that ripple doesn't really have a bright future and if that is the case what is the point of investing in such a coin when you could invest in bitcoin which all parties agree it is a sure winner.

Well! I suggest covert half of them. Because if both increases you will get profit from both sides...
I think he should move all of his XRP to btc. In the final run btc will win.si there is no reason to hold XRP.XRP is not profitable than bitcoin even not profitable  than many altcoin.maybe you saw XRP move in usd but very few time Prices rises in btc pair.BTW actually  It's your personal matter, what you will do.

It's still on his hands what is his strategy, for me now that the price of Bitcoin is low, then will also do the same, will take this chance to accumulate more Bitcoin as I know that this will make me more profitable than XRP, but still we are just suggesting, it will be up to him whatever he will choose. But, if ever you have both, much better as XRP has future too.

Hi guys ! Thats a question i do to myself very often , and it always looks like the right answer. My main coin for now its XRP (like 3000) and a very few BTC (0.005).

I hold XRP from long time but i see BTC price raise a lot and XRP don't do much. They have a consolidated project but no matters what BTC price its still mandatory.

So the question is , should i sold like 2500XRP and buy BTC when this one have a price drop?

I know its something i had to decide myself , just looking for what you guys think.
Thanks!
You should really do the same. because bitcoin has just dropped sharply and now it is hovering at the bottom of $ 7k2. Its price is very cheap and you should buy them before they are pumped up to $ 16k in 2020. This halving event will have a very high effect and I believe the profit of holding bitcoin will be higher than XRP.

It has always been my belief that if you do not know what it takes to profit from a very simple strategy then you should not make it more complex before you figure out how to do it, those that are new to trading this market should only trade bitcoin until they find a way to gain money, otherwise I do not understand how they will try to profit from altcoins when they present more volatility and are even more difficult to predict.

The creator of this thread is tying to trade two coins in a simultaneous way and it does not seem like he knows what he is doing especially since he decided to invest in XRP which is a coin that has not been performing that well during several years.

Personally, I'd move to Bitcoin. Keep some of your XRP, but ultimately why would you stay pretty much exclusively with XRP when you could buy Bitcoin which has dominance over the market and the highest market cap by far?

Even if the prices of bitcoin are showing some fluctuations right now but the overall impact of these fluctuations remained positive. The prices showed some serious and decent increase. What I believe is that we shall not doubt the tendency of bitcoin for coming back with major goals of setting new records of bull market in the coming months, so no need of considering altcoins at this crucial time.
I suppose we will have to accept that we are a different kind of traders, to me any possibility is always open and I will take my decisions based on what I see the price doing, this is why I am still kind of bearish on bitcoin the necessary pressure to make the price to go up is not there and since demand is so important in this market due to the limited supply then I cannot help to think we are going to test the 7000 resistance once again during the next weeks.

It's okay to move our fund, if we think that we are not sure or there is nothing happening to the coins we are investing at. Let's  just move it rather than having zero in return to our investment, let's just make it as a lesson in our part not to give our all in everything we are investing, or just invest some part of our money, so it won't hurt that much if we lose from it, being safe and secure is still better than regretting later.
We are in the crypto market not to just spend time rather to make huge money so that requires going with profitable coins. There is no need to stick with coins that appeared great in the beginning but later started going down. Shifting your money to successful coins will save you from regrets and losses. It has never been bad to move your money in bitcoin because bitcoin is always going to pump hard no matter how much time it takes.

Actually, in my opinion it's better for you to trade just xrp. With the capital you have, I'm sure you can more easily increase the amount of xrp you have. So you just sell all the xrp that you have, then you buy it again at the price below you sell it. But you have to do it when the market is stable and there is no drastic decline in the price of bitcoin

Altcoin season is still not good at this time even though there is a slight increase and that does not mean you have to exchange Altcoin for bitcoin, it's good to hold your Altcoin to wait for the Altcoin season to come and maybe now is not the time for Altcoin.
if you want to have bitcoin, you have to buy it when there is a decline and in my opinion now is the right time because the price is still affordable to make purchases according to your ability, and I'm sure in the near future Altcoin and bitcoin will increase together.

The number of tokens, mentioned by CoinMarketCap will soon reach 5 thousand. In reality, there are at least 2.5 times more tokens on the market. It might seem that we have got more chances to make money investing in a variety of projects. In reality, Bitcoin is ready to devour the largest part of them. It makes sense to trust BTC now more and invest in this crypto.

the focus on bitcoin is not a mistake, even today almost everyone involved in the crypto world will try to have as much bitcoin before halving. to be honest, I also did that, but maybe 50 of my assets are bitcoin, and the rest is ethereum. I believe these two coins will go to the moon in the coming year, so I changed all of my digital assets to these two coins.
The fact that incoming halving will make a good impact to the market, storing bitcoin is one of the common act from each investors and traders. Knowing that chances of Fomo's will arrive before or after the halving period gives positive indicators that the value of bitcoin will rise. if you still
have good amount of funds that you can spare in buying bitcoin best not to waste time in deciding your investment.

If you think that the price of the xrp will go up and goes to be more profitable, it is better to trade your xrp than holding it because also to avoid regression in selling your coins. Sometimes we cannot predict the value of the currency every time if it goes up or down, but our goal is to have earnings. If you hold your coins and then the price of the xrp is still the same, but the cost of the bitcoin is profitable, another mistake for earnings again. But still, this is your decision if you want to hold or sell your coins.

Ask yourself the question. Why do your hold XRP in the first place? And why did you allocate majority of your funds on XRP instead of BTC? I assume you've done your research so there must be a reason why your funds are allocated that way.

Also, if you bought XRP because you think it will rise to the price levels of bitcoin, look up the total supply of XRP.

It is better to choose the price that you will earn a profit, and you cannot gain more if you hold your coins, and also you cannot make a profit too if the price of the bitcoin rise and you didn't sell or convert it.

Exactly. If you are not getting any earnings in your investment you better move it rather waiting for nothing. Moving your investment to Bitcoin would be a better idea, even it is still not increasing it's price as of now because it is good for a long term investment than any other cryptocurrency and it has huge chance that it could reach it's price again up to $20k or more.

You can not go wrong when you invest in bitcoin but when it comes to altcoins everything can go wrong, there are thousands of coins out there and only a few of them have any user base and a reason to exist at all, even some of the coins at the top are coins in which I will never invest, as such you must remember when you invest in altcoins that the risk is many times greater than the risk of investing in bitcoin and if you decide to do it then it is better for you to only invest a small portion of your capital in altcoins.
It appears the altcoins market is not doing well this year like the recent years and the bitcoin market is doing pretty good this year even better than last. thus I see no problem moving your assets from altcoins to bitcoin. bitcoin is now the most profitable coin in the market. it is better to move all your assets to bitcoin.
This could have been a good idea months ago when the price of bitcoin was still low but it was clearly growing faster than altcoins, but now that is a difficult decision, bitcoin seems like it has stopped growing and we are seeing a significant decrease on its price, for altcoins this could mean two things, that during the next months investors finally decide to give altcoins a chance or that investors decide to get out of the market and wait for the next time the price of bitcoin begins to go up.
Even if the prices of bitcoin are showing some fluctuations right now but the overall impact of these fluctuations remained positive. The prices showed some serious and decent increase. ya, no need to worry about fluctuation on bitcoin, this is good for daily trading, but in the long term, the price of bitcoin will move higher. while altcoin can dump at any time, so be careful when holding altcoins. I prefer to bitcoin, if at this time bitcoin will going down it's even good to move or buy.
