Every child should be exposed to both ideologies in all fairness so they can make informed choices and be convinced they are on the right path. The fact i have seen is that many people cannot be businessmen, the majority would rather die than be businessmen and some businessmen would rather die than to be employees no matter how juicy the offer seems.

to be a successful employee is not a great achievement, I continue to teach business mentality to my child, if being an employee the pressure received by my boss will be very hard, so from small I teach my child to be a businessman so that when they grow up they become the head and not the tail.

For me, being a regular employee of an American printer company, I really suggest we teach our children to have a businness minded mentality. Having a business minded mentality enables an independent thinking. Compared to being an employee being locked up to the company’s mindset.
You should teach both while I agree that having your own business is superior to being an employee since you are keeping most of the benefits to yourself, but at the same time not everyone can do it, you need some specific traits to become a successful businessman which coincidently are very similar to the characteristics needed to become a good investor in cryptocurrencies. In my opinion grown up kids has already a dream in life to become doctors,lawyers and etc. so were not the one to choose what they want to be when they grow up because they have their own dream and on what subject they excel thats the type of course they want to pursue no need for them to teach to become a businessman or an office employee someday.

maybe for me it is a positive thing, to make children have that mental. whether our child, can accept if given such a lesson, otherwise we do not force our child mentally. but if you do it from childhood gradually believe that our child will certainly be able to digest also the things we teach.

We all have that thought why do Chinese people actually make it in the business world. The reason apparently is that at an early age, their parents are conditioning the minds of their children to do business in the hopes that they will actually be heirs to their family business.

Yes you should children about saving money for their own future and it only means that if they will know about cryptocurrency then there is a huge chance for them to become a very wealthy person in the future.

At an early stage of adulthood of our children I think we should teached them to be business minded because most of the young fellowmen now as I have seen in the field of business industry they started business at a young age.

every parent would want his son to have a successful employer mentality and employees, things like that should be done early on to our children but it all depends on the will of the child itself and can not be forced.

I think that you can not teach a person to be a successful businessman, you need to have a certain character for this. But parents and school teachers must necessarily teach children the financial fundamentals and basics of business, in order to properly dispose of the money earned.
Yes I agree with you on this as becoming a businessman requires a lot of qualities and sometime natural-born talents such as the ability to be a good leader, the passion for the business and the willpower to accomplish it as well as the will to take risks and many other things. So it's up to the children to choose to be whether a businessman or a worker. But it's essential that parents should teach their kids how to manage their money properly and this need to be done when they are still little because if they grow up to be spending overly, they won't become successful in anything. I believe that teaching our children the businessman mentality is a good idea yet a difficult task to do. Since in our country, the curriculum is not totally focusing on business. So it is hard to teach them to be like businessmen ut it would be good if they were able to learn that business is a good way to earn.

In my opinion. it is better that we provide good education for our children and guide them to be great people to achieve their dreams / ideals. so they will grow and develop according to their instincts and abilities. so they can compete with great people.

We need more encourage our children to become a successful business man that a employee because based on the survey that out of 100 employee only 1 can be successful but it depemds on their job but just like chines was their mindset was to become a successful business man like here in my country that most of the employer and owner of big company was Chinese.

I think parents and teachers need to teach kids how to do business. But we should not impose it on the industry, it probably will not. Ask her true dream when she's 14, that would be her lifelong dream. Anyway, let's teach them about the responsibility of every human being in the world, it will help them have a bigger dream than ever.

There is a "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" story that is very good and meaningful about each person's situation in life. At each place of birth, there is a certain circumstance and dependence on structure, organization, and economy. Deciding to advise and teach your children to find a stable or ideal business depends on the psychology and education of the family and the times. I do not have a family but in modern times, maintaining and saving money for the purpose of stable life and financial freedom is difficult and ineffective. When I have families and children, I will teach them the combination of work and business. It will be stable and reduce risk.

I suggest to teach children to have business mentality rather than be a successful employee because if the children know how to grow their business well they are the one who will get employees for them to work and much better because they are the owner of the business and they are the one who will command with their employees.
In my own opinion, I will teach my children step by step by introducing them first in how to be an employee so that they would realize and think that it is not easy to wok with someone who look after you and that is your boss. Later then, they will plan to build their own business so that they will handle their own employees as well. We will not force them on how they will become, let them analyze and examine which line they can do best and what can make them happy.

I think it depends to our children, because we cannot force our child if what they really want. The best thing that we can do is to guide them and support and we can also teach them about business or be a successful employee while they are young so that they have an idea. They have to choose, so that they will know what there ability. The important that is they will be successful in whatever.
Agree, we don't need to force them, we should let them enjoy themselves so they can their childhood memories, maybe when they become teenagers, it's the right time for them to learn about business. They will eventually become matured and realize that they need to learn how to earn money so that, when they become independent they'll know how to survive. Guiding them in their teenager stage is a good time. Jump to:
