Not everyone is cut out to be a businessman/woman, and there's no shame in that either. It requires a certain personality to succeed in business, and some people prefer the safety net of employment, especially when they have dependents to consider. Doesn't mean that you can't teach children the fundamentals though, at least they'll have the knowledge if they decide to venture out on their own. Always best to start early. Don't be afraid of failure is one of the key lessons that it is good to learn early. If you can teach them that it is ok to fail, as long as they are learning from the experience, then they won't be afraid to try. I am firmly of the belief that this is something engrained at a very early age, and will stick with them in all aspects of life, both personal and professional.

We all have that thought why do Chinese people actually make it in the business world. The reason apparently is that at an early age, their parents are conditioning the minds of their children to do business in the hopes that they will actually be heirs to their family business.

the situation varies in every family. come to think of it if all the people will do business who will be the buyers? it has to be balance and do not mind slave your children. let them decide for themselves.
Now, this is a life where everyone will have to choose, so in that case, I will prefer if they are given both chance by teaching them how to easily thrive in the two areas and in the long time, it will help them to know where they will want to stand eventually.

Businessman or Worker is just an identity. Whatever his career, if they have a strong mentality, will succeed in any field. The important thing is will and interest. If your child is not interested in business, you can not force it, because it will make him stress. Raise your child's mentality to be ready in the field that he likes.

We can teach our children both. We cannot know the future of our children. We can teach our children to be a successful employee while teaching them to also to be business minded. While you are an employee you can be a businessman as well. We need to explore our mind not to focus only in one field.
I think that also in order to be a successful businessman, one must also experience being a hardworking employee. So that in the future, when a child reaches maturity and have his own business, he will also know the value of working hard and also treating his employees very well. A good business can be possible with the help of hard working employees as well.

I think it is really effective that at an early age their parents starts to teach their children more about businesses because someday their children will handle and continue their business. At their very young age for me giving them a background to both having a business and working for a company is good so that they can have both ideas for i believe it is really up to them what they want to pursue when they grow up. so giving them both knowledge about it can help them think of what they want to take whether it's putting up their own business or to become a successful employee.
This is important because we need to give our children all the information that they need in order to take an informed decision, how many people let their children be basically been educated by the TV instead of doing the job themselves and then they get disappointed with the results of their children, they do not have any right to complain if they do not do their best for their children.Yes, it is very important to teach the children how to deal with the money and explain them everything that they can understand (according to their age) about the cryptocurrencies. Kids will surely deal with the crypto in future.

I think the fundamentally, both approaches aim to help children succeed. it is very easier to be successful in business than to be successful from been employed and hence putting in the young ones the mentality of entering into business is the best.

To have a good education is the first thing to do with our children as parent.Children having a good education can easily be hired and become a successful employee.On the other hand, he can be a businessman also if he wanted to.So for me,there's no need for us to teach our children a businessman mentality.Good education is the first important thing we give to our children.

I think teaching to be a businessman is better than educating them to be a successful employee. we can teach the entrepreneur mentality early on in the way. teach them to sell something of food or stuff when they are still in school. Chinese people always teach their children to become entrepreneurs rather than employees. most of the stores in my country are Chinese owners.In your opinion, should we be teaching them the same or teaching them to be successful employees for the sake of climbing up the economic ladder?

Children in now generation are smarter than their parents. They observe a lot and never run out of questions to ask. They imitate things that they see from them. In my case, I've seen my father working in a prestigious company for a long time. But even if he's gaining the maximum rate, I still don't feel like following his steps. I have a businesswoman mom and I am enjoying being with her all the time as her assistant, because that's what I want. I want to be the boss of my own someday. And it happened. We cannot insist what we want them to be when they grow up. They have their own thoughts and interest and we should respect it. In their early age during playtime, we can figure out then what would they be in the future. And our role is to guide and support them to achieved what they wanted to be.

I believe that theres no success without dedication ofcourse i loge how Chinese build their children to become businessmen but those kids has no freedom,they dont even have limelight and happiness in life because all they do in their entire life is learn how to gain money,things that you cant bring when youre a dead person,i believe that life is short so we must enjoy it.
I will let my children's choose what they want in life,but i want them to have a career professionally

Never give pressure on children to choice your selected carrier. Because everyone has the right to choice It own.I decide I will never force them to be something my choice. I will give the independence whatever they want to be.As a profession businessman is some like independent sector where u can take decision own,gain or loss have to face by you totally and in employment you have to dependent on everywhere but less chance to getting loss.So in which section children want to go that's depends on their creativity.

We need more encourage our children to become a successful business man that a employee because based on the survey that out of 100 employee only 1 can be successful but it depemds on their job but just like chines was their mindset was to become a successful business man like here in my country that most of the employer and owner of big company was Chinese.

I think the businessman mentality is better that employee mentality, with crypto in mind. A crypto currencies give an economical freedom to anybody who invested in them in the right time. Now the coin holders can choose how to increase their wealth. They can strike a bargains and get a profit, and they don't depend on the employer anymore. Therefore the children should be taught as a businessmans.

As for me it is good to train them early into business minded person, it is because they will be able to have discipline, patience and hardwork that is very useful whenever and where ever they will go. They will be nurtured and acquire those traits in an early age, in which they will have broader thinking.

Our youth should be taught independence from an early age, to work for someone is the easiest thing to do and the most boring.
If independence is hammered into your brain from a young age then you will learn more as an adult that working/relyin on someone.
You are right we should grow them up independently, but I think we should teach them both because they can get best with both, it also depends on what they want in life, so being good parent s we should teach our kids what is good for them but let them decide in this matter so their life will be good and in this way they will not suffer anything in future life if they will learn all at early stage of life. For me i would rather let them support only whatever they wanted,because i know everyone has his own direction/ paths of life.but the only thing i want to teach them is that to know how the best value of money and not to be too much spendable in no worthless things.
