Shout out from Buckley? Do I count? About an hour away from Seattle, but still in Western Washington.

I think we have Lacey representin' so Buckley's definitely in.

It would probably be more accurate to call this "Shout outs from Puget Sound" or "Shout outs from Western WA" - but nobody knows what that means. Shout outs from Seattle is understood internationally.

Great, let's meetup at Cafe Solstice on Sunday.  Let's say 2pm?

Sorry, busy with church stuff until about 5pm on Sundays. (three church services, then lunch, then a men's accountability group). However, on Sundays when my men's accountability group gets cancelled, I might be able to drop in sometime.

Hey, maybe YOU GUYS could fill in for my accountability group on those days. We could talk about bitcoin AND our struggles with temptation. Smiley

For me, Jesus > Family > Bitcoin (which is why my appearances at any meetups will be rare, no matter when they are). I'm sure that the suggested time and place will work fine for most other people.

Breel, DaCoin, you in?  That's two votes for UW.  The last meetup was in Queen Anne so U district seems reasonable...

If a weekend meetup occurs anywhere in the area, I'll try to attend at least once. Sadly, I'm way too busy to attend every week.

Well then, weekend sounds best.  Anywhere in particular?  I vote for the U district or somewhere near there...

Great. Seems we got an organizer from UW. I'll attend.

Surprised I hadn't seen this thread earlier. Fife here (middle of nowhere, between Tacoma and Federal Way).

Dacoin, is the Seattle meetup still active?

I went to the Seattle meetup at Diablo's I was half an hour late (doctor's appointment).  There was no group and, after asking a few people if they knew what BitCoin was, I left.

I dunno. I've never been, since it is in the middle of my workday. Somebody else set the time and place.

Anybody feel free to edit that wiki to give us a better time/location. As far as I know, the current one isn't happening.

Anybody in Seattle need a vintage (read:old) BMW? I have an extra one and looking to offload it for BitCoin.

Please post model, year, pictures, price, etc.

I'm guessing you would get a better price selling it on craigslist (and then using the cash to buy bitcoins), but who knows?
