I tried to check the video, it doesn't work with me too I think it was removed. I think the OP is not active anymore but as per the Sicodice team they said that the bets can be verified and they recently created their ANN thread here after a years of operation.

Especially with these odds for me it's hard to comprehend which company will put on such odds as well. I do think you should stop wasting time and money, think you are unlucky and then go to some other better dice sites. There are other sites where in dice games you can set your own margin and change the odds of winning and loosing and i have never lost in a row to be honest. Even if I keep odds around 50-70%.
You also need to write them a mail regarding this if you think this is legit as well. You also might have to verify the game's algorithm to see if it's fair or not.

Do you offer faucet for players who would like to test your games? I would personally want to check and verify each of the rolls in the time I play in your gambling site. That is not advisable to use a big amount of money to play in the nonreputable gambling site because we don't know how good they are and they need to give a proof to the gambler. It's better to play in the recommended site that lists on that board but is careful, don't use big money to play gamble because you never know when your luck will come to you.
The 90% promotion is part of the gambling advertisement and strategy to easy to catch the attention of their players that will play their game. In gambling, the owner cannot put a winning game into their sets of games because it may cause of losing their income at the same time losing of player into other game because once they know, that will always win in that game. It will be spam now to earn more profit to the player and loss of income to the gambling site.

The only people who would genuinely have the impetus to do such a thing is somebody that is directly affiliated with the website.

Probably since that website is not as famous as the main dice sites it should have not a lot of players playing there. That 90% winning rate means that you have 90% chance to win a bet.
While 90% is a big amount and it means 9 out 10 bets should be wins ideally , in theory it differs, it means that the house will win 10% on the long run and it is not dependant on single players.
